I placed an order on December 21, 2024 my three go karts for my granddaughter and two nephews one being birthday on Christmas day here it is January 1, 2025 still have not received any go karts. Sad Granddaughter!!! UPDATED 12/30/24!!!!!!
I placed a review on this store a week ago. They replied to my review here on TrustPilot and said there was a mix up with another company and wanted me to amend my review. I still have not received my 5 year old granddaughter's go cart nor have I received a refund. I've also sent two more emails to the email address they have given as well as through their website "contact us" with no contact what so ever and it's been a week. This is very bad customer service not to mention stealing.

I ordered the go cart 12/11/24scamm
I ordered the go cart 12/11/24, two days later I emailed looking to see what the shipping status was, they told me it was shipped and would arrive 12/20. I emailed 4 more times between 12/12 and 12/21 looking for tracking info and have gotten zero response at the same time I told them if I got no tracking information that I wanted a full refund immediately! . Obviously this company isn’t a company and is a scam. I have taken it up with my credit card to get them reported as fraudulent and to get a refund.

Clearly this is a scam. I ordered three go carts for my grandbabies, over 200 dollars, said it was sent out on Dec 9. Have not heard a thing, and zero response from Divon. This was their big gift and cannot be replaced. So upset and disappointed! I work very hard for my money. I’m devastated.

Order number 11361 - order was placed November 25th . Receive the confirmation that they accepted the order and accepted the payment. December 5 was notified that my package would arrive by the 20th. Before Christmas. Today’s the 22nd and nothing has not arrived and there’s no way to find this company or a contact number. Do not order from this company.

This is a scam! Do not waste your money. I ordered 2 items for my grandsons for Christmas on November 1st and have not received anything even though I got 2 different delivery dates from them. Now they are saying they were delivered 7 days ago and that is not the truth. I now have 2 days to get my grandsons something else for Christmas due to being taken advantage of by this scam!!

Terrible customer service and order…
Terrible customer service and order tracking, once the order was placed I had to wait and insist for days to get something, then I finally got an answer. You have to improve that because it takes away all reliability, but well once solved this I got the necklace right away and the product as such is of good quality and the same as in the photo.

Thought it was going well but...
The item had a chip in it when I received it. Spoke to someone and they were sending out a replacement. Never received my replacement and reached out multiple times to see where it is and it's been over a month. It was supposed to be a gift back in early June. It is now July 18th.

Amazing and fast service! The necklace I bought is of very good quality and the packaging is very cute. I don't live in the UK and delivery took about 5-6 work days, so quite fast. I will definitely be a returning customer!

WRONG ITEM SENT & NO RESPONSE
I ordered a necklace for a birthday gift from Divon on not on the high street.
I received my item after 5 working days to open it to realise they have sent the complete wrong necklace (opposite to what I ordered) I then tried to contact them via their live chat. No answer. I then contacted them through email, again no answer. I have now been dealing through not on the high street directly to get this resolved with a full refund.
Won’t order from them again.. due to their huge error and lack of response.
