Interface needs work
Both the online and downloaded readers have a clunky interface. I immediately regretted my purchase once I tried to read the book. I’ll use it for the book I purchased but will retune to Kindle or the Apple Books app going forward.

Just FYI we are making steady but slow progress in encouraging our publishers to go DRM-free. And there's a "DRM-free" link at the top of our web pages, which enables you to filter DRM'd titles from search results.

Don’t waste your time or money
Don’t useebooks, there’s so many other options that cost less and work. I found a book I wanted so I paid for it not realising the reader is part of Adobe. Adobe is always overly complicated and difficult, the ebook reader is the same. The download didn’t work properly and I have now paid for something with every third page missing. No explanation, nothing. I decided it keep reading the book via the web but ebooks can’t load enough information, I constantly have to wait for it to load another page. Refresh the page and the book is gone altogether. Complete waste of money and time.

Downloading my eBooks was seamless
Downloading my eBooks was seamless. I have been looking for an eBook supplier since my regular supplier (Booktopia) stopped selling eBooks. My experience with other suppliers has been negative, largely because I am still using an old Sony eReader! I didn't find the search option particularly helpful, but I did find exactly what I was looking for, so it did not affect my satisfaction.
