I did not reach a satisfactory result for my condition
The treatment was good and they took all the information and details about the health condition and the reports, but I did not get a result or treatment for the disease. It was assumed that through the initial diagnosis, I was informed in advance that there is no treatment for tinnitus cases.

The idea is generally new in Egypt
The idea is generally new in Egypt and I was not sure if I'll get what I aimed for, but after trying the service and having the video call with the expert it gave me the comfort that everything is going in the right direction.
I definitely recommend Docspert, especially for the advanced/complicated cases like mine.
Few points for the Docspert team to consider:
- the showcase report was very detailed and it was not flowing in a constructive way. Having a standard templates would make things easier.
Also, you may wish to consider having an executive summary section at the top of the report whichever can be used by Docspert committee or the expert to get a refreshed view of the case without the need to read the whole report again.
- timelines are not often met and I experienced some delays in getting back to me with the appointment. I understand this might be difficult but a clear timelines need to be communicated and adhered by everyone.
- Docspert may wish to consider some investments in a marketing campaign (i.e. ads on radio / tv stations, billboards, social media, etc), so everyone is aware of the existence of such services in Egypt.
