Working with Doctors secretary has transformed my practice
Working with Doctors secretary has revolutionised my private practice and improved my quality of life immeasurably . I can feel totally confident leaving all administrative matters to my PA, Tatiana. Her level of efficiency, initiative and empathy is a different level to anything I have experienced. When she is on annual leave, her work is covered by colleagues who have been carefully prepped so the handover is seamless and professional . Patients are highly complimentary of the responsiveness and excellent communication.
I am particularly grateful for her responsiveness via either email or WhatsApp, resourcefulness and general interest in helping patients receive the best care. I would highly recommend their services to anyone looking for exceptional secretarial support.

Cover for annual leave mat leave staff turnover is well handled
Very responsive. I can email or whatsapp at any time and as soon as working hours start my queries get dealt with
Aleksandra who is in charge is very responsive, experienced and has a good sense of what consultants need to feel comfortable and has a can-do problem solving mindset
