I’d leave 0 if I could

I’d leave 0 if I could. Ordered nails for Christmas and they still haven’t arrived and it’s nearly March!! £30 down the drain and they aren’t returning my emails 😡

SCAM

Would give zero if I could. An absolute scam. Placed an order with priority deliver over 2 weeks ago and still not received. Contacted them multiple times a response. The phone number on the website says it’s incorrect. Don’t waste your money on these scamming pricks

It's a Total Scam DO NOT USE

It's a Total Scam. I placed my order two weeks ago for next-day delivery, and I have still not received it. Hayley Edwards, the owner of Doobys Nails, lied about a Paypal payment issue for the delay. I did not even use Paypal, so how can PayPal hold my funds? I was then told last Tuesday that they had been sent via next-day delivery. Here we are another week on, still no nails, and just being fobbed off.

My experience was good!

All nails arrived carefully packaged and beautifully displayed. I ordered a good few pairs to see the difference in quality! Other than a few plastic tips on edges, everything was all good. Delivery was a bit longer than said. Nearly a week compared to “next day delivery” but over all a good experience.

Ordered nails from this company on 28th…

Ordered nails from this company on 28th August and was advised 48 hour delivery, parcel never arrived, contacted them 3 times to let them know they hadn't arrived and no reply at all back, now 2 weeks later and still no reply, would never order from them again

Bad Company for nails

I will never ever order nails from this company again, they are happy to ship them out quick but if you have a problem they never answer, I've messaged them, emailed them and they just don't get back to you.I returned these nails as well. There customer service is absolutely shocking really bad for a nail company. You are absolutely useless company🤬. So if you are sure go ahead and order if not dont both as you will get no money back and no reply. Going to go ahead and report to trading standards and see if they get any luck as I'm not the only one with this problem.

Bad service. Never received order or replies in communication

I ordered stick on nails on July 23rd 2024 with next day delivery as they were for a festival… I have still not received them.
I have attempted to contact them with numerous emails and via social media with no replies at all.
No idea when I’ll receive the nails or if I’ll get my money back…

Avoid at all costs

I wish I had looked at these reviews prior to ordering, otherwise I wouldn’t have bothered. Like others have said, if I could give zero stars then I would - I’ve not actually received the nails that I’ve ordered.

I ordered nails on 19th July and requested next day delivery (as needed them for my sisters wedding on the 27th). They were dispatched on the Monday. I emailed them on the Thursday to ask for an update, no response. Nails still haven’t arrived.

I love supporting small business, I know it means more to them but this company just feels like a scam - they take your money but don’t deliver the goods.

I’ve now emailed twice and sent a Facebook message, none of which have received a reply. The lack of customer service is quite frankly shocking. I don’t tend to leave reviews, but feels this is warranted.

I paid with my credit card, so have raised a dispute with them as think that will be the only way I’d get my money back (£56 worth!) Do wish I had paid via PayPal as think I’d get my money back quicker

Order took 3 months and terrible customer service- do not order

Ordered on the 29th of April. Only just received the order today. It was only posted a couple of weeks ago, on the 12th of July. Absolutely appalling! Reached out a number of time asking for an update, got one useless reply mid May asking me to confirm my order details again (original order was in thread) and saying everything was posted. Reached back out a few times and no response AT ALL from the owner. I am all for supporting small business and don't mind waiting a little bit longer but 3 whole months and NO communication is not OK. Will be disposing of the nails.

Been trying to get a refund for two…

Been trying to get a refund for two returned (untouched) sets I purchased which I could not use. They don't acknowledge anything, respond to emails or even voicemails - I really wouldn't patronise this company they seem to be a bunch of crooks.

The old cliche of if I could give no stars I would! True!!
Nails are way too big , and when contacted customer care, no refund replacement or negotiation. Rude! Will never give them my custom, found great quality nails on Amazon at fraction of price which look natural.

I purchased a box of these nails. The box was the prettiest part of the product. All of the nails were so small and of no use to me. As directed, I posted them back for a refund. After one week and receiving nothing, I sent emails and a voicemail and message on the mobile number given and still nothing. I have been constantly ignored and I’ve lost my money. Really think before you purchase from this company.

Good experience

I read the reviews on here after already making an order so I was really worried that it wouldn’t arrive but I actually had a good experience.
Although it said next day delivery my nails took a couple of days to come so that wasn’t great. However they still arrived pretty quickly and were absolutely beautiful. I was really happy with the quality and the price for them.

Awful experience

Awful experience - they sent the wrong nails and when I contacted them they ignored me - until I opened a PayPal claim and then they tried to fob me off with £2.99 refund (the nails were useless to me) thankfully PayPal have ruled in my favour and I am getting a refund - DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY

Disgusting scam business

I previously ordered from this site back in 2021. I don't recall having any issues. The nails where good quality and I don't recall them being late. HOWEVER, this time is very different. I have ordered a set, next day delivery. I received an email saying the order was on the way. Perfect. However I am still without days later. No response via email or social media (which is still being posted on by them). Very unfortunate experience. I will be looking to take back my money via my bank

Editing to add: Doobys Nails are still very active on social media. Just today 9/7/24 they are bragging about all the overnight orders they have had from their new website. Meanwhile they have changed their account settings so that they do not recieve messages (I assume unless you follow them) they have still not responded to any of my messages
