first couple of orders went great. good product, came on time, etc. no complaints. I thought I had found a US shipper was very pleased. Then It all went bad, Most of my last 2 orders are now well over 30 days. I have 1 out of a set of 4 christmas chair covers, The beads that I ordered to make christmas gifts over a MONTH ago are still not here. I have left several messages, even asked for a refund. I almost begged for some, or any communication. In short still no beads or decrations I ordered. Hopeing this will get them to answer my messages.
