My order got lost in the mail, to no fault of Doreen Beads. I reached out for help and a representative named Lynn responded. They were extremely kind and communicative.

Because the package was lost by USPS, there was nothing we could do. That being said, they resent the package (expedited) and added credits to my Doreenbeads account, and I couldn't be happier. I was so excited to receive my package and the beads are of great quality. I will shop with them again! Lynn and the Doreenbeads team went far beyond my expectations and I highly recommend them!

Doreenbeads is super quality, super inexpensive, and super quick, especially for something sent from another country! I usually spend the extra couple dollars to have it shipped from the US, but if you're patient, the free shipping is amazing.

I found this company by accident but I’m so glad I did! I’ve already placed 2 orders and Received them both. The items I received are quality the shipping was pretty quick considering it’s coming from overseas.
