Since changing to Drive Card our experience has been all smooth sailing. A small teething issue at the beginning was dealt with efficiently and without any issues.
Candice is the perfect contact. she regularly keeps in contact; ensuring we are not experiencing any problems.

Am dealing with Candice on weekly basis and always receiving a high standard of service form her and company that she works for . Very friendly and honest. I do understand that they are not always able to get the best price of fuel however they are trying to do best. Will recommend Drive card to others . I rate the card and service
I rate the card and service, not always the cheapest so I watch out weekly against the local forecourt price. Barbara Morton my customer service manager is very easy to deal with and keeps me updated with the market. What more do you want for £10 a year and no silly little till receipts for the accountant. Would recommend the system.

I have a drivecard account. My bank card changed so the long number changed and the direct debit bounced they called me within 30 minutes and told me that if i didn't pay within 1 hour that my credit score would be affected and they would increase the due amount to £2.50 per litre!
From there I paid but the attitude of service absolutely reeked.
Ojectionable.
Dealing with Drive Card Europe Ltd is an experience one would not want to do more than once.
They with sell you a deal over the phone and record your conversation. Vague references allude to contract small print which will result in a deal you would never have signed up for if made clear. Any recourse you have with them results in the threat of litigation.
Do not use this outfit. Stay well away.
First class customer service
Drivecard customer service always first class. Had a recent issue around billing that was rectified immediately and efficiently. Claire's management of the whole situation was exceptional and the extra mile they go to keeping us informed really makes a difference.

Although not always the cheapest price I can rely on Chantelle Hechter may account manager to contact me each week - she is a warm friendly person which helps to make the decision which card to use when the pricing is close.

Friendly staff
Drivecard may not be the cheapest every week, but Chantelle Hechter my account manager always rings up every Monday and tries her best, she is always very cheerful and out of my four Fuelcard companies she is by far the friendliest and if the fuel price is close I will always try to use this card.

We have several fuel cards and just go with the cheapest price for the week ahead. Emma looks after our account and tries her best to win our business, not always successful but she is a pleasure to deal with and is a very good ambassador for your company.
One issue we have is the charge you make for the cards, we have other suppliers who issue cards without a fee

* reply to your reply* I have left bad reviews for other fuel companies, this is the reason you managed to get my business. I left your review before you lowered my price but I shouldn’t have had to complain to get a fair price, you shouldn’t have increased the price so dramatically once you secured my business. I’m aware that fuel prices change but was particularly disappointed that you approached me for my business, I explained my concerns about fuel companies using fishing prices and was reassured that wouldn’t happen. I then called anonymously as a potential new customer to find you were offering a better price than the one mine had risen to. I will monitor the service I receive over the next few weeks and make a decision whether to change my review or continue to use you. As you can see, I also review good companies so provide the service you said I’d get if you would like better reviews. I currently stand by my original opinion/review.
Like all the other fuelcard companies out there. Lure you in with a great price and creep it up every week. Most companies reduce the prove when you complain about the rise but this company aren’t too bothered about doing that. I have been with them just over a month and likely to cancel this week once I have new fuelcard’s with an alternate company.

Stay away!!!
Stay away from this thieves! They took my money for the fuel cards and insurance. Now they refused to offer service for a silly reason. (the bank cancelled the DD and reinstated). I will be writing to trading standards with regards this matter. The company Director is not even bothered to reply to email! It's not that I need service desperately such a shady company with substandard fuel. Its a family running business moreover. Great family!
