After an initial missed communication, I did receive a phone call back to help with adjusting the chin strap.

Too hot to actually use. You need to redesign this mask so that it is usable with CPAP gear.

Charged on Feb 23, 2023. It's been 15 days. Site shows the order has not been shipped or even processed yet. Emails have no response. No phone number to call.

I have emailed twice. I will contact my credit card company regarding a fraudulent transaction. If this place isn't a scam, it's bad business.

The Dual Band Chin strap, is of a good quality, But their ability to send the products, to Norway - Europe, leaves MUCH to desire ! I Ordered one, in the beginning of Desembre, 2022 it has Still not arrived ( March 2023 ) After A LOT of arguing, and having to pay extra for freight, and sending a couple more emails, The Finally sent one, with DHL. When they Finnaly sent it, it arrived quickly. It seams, they are not very professional, so if anything goes wrong, with the shipement ..... Good luck !

Where to start. First, despite paying for expedited shipping, my product took over a month to arrive. Evidently the company is young, and the owner literally goes to Guatemala to get the product and bring back. I was offered nothing in return for this delay, other than a promise of a refund on that shipping. When I finally got the product (top of the line, with the ear holes), it actually worked quite well at first. It is somewhat confining, and I believe that even though I was talked into the medium by the owner, I should have gone with a large. So it's tight. But after using it a few nights, I did notice that my seal statistics improved quite a bit. But then, I noticed that by the early morning, the product would slip forward, almost down into my eyes. Evidently the pressure from the two straps eventually pulls it down, no matter how tight I make them. As an aside, the Velcro is so noisy that I have to get up and go into the bathroom to re-adjust it, as otherwise it wakes up my wife. This is a promising product, but I think the company needs an influx of investor cash, and some CAD work...

This chin strap is not for me. I give it 3 stars because it really holds the mouth closed, which most chin straps do not. But this covers my ears all night, it gives me ear aches. The adjustment in the back makes a lump that hurts to sleep on. And the hard scratchy side of the velcro is on the side that touches my face. I used it for maybe a week before giving up.

Well made product, good quality. I tried the product and it didn't work, it essentially keeps your mouth closed. Some people can still snore through a closed mouth. I told them it didn't work and they said looks like you are one of those that can still snore. Spent over $50 and they weren't interested in refunding money despite a video on the owners Youtube account stating a 100% money back guarantee, they had no interest in refunding my money and said that since the video is not on their website, no go. The also asked how I know I'm still snoring, lol? Because my wife says Im still snoring all night! It could certainly work for you if closing your mouth will stop your snoring, but if you can still snore with a closed mouth.... you may be out of $50.

I have Sleep Apnea combined with seasonal sinus problems and often sleep with my mouth open. I have slept with a CPAP machine for the last 5 years. During my last doctors visit, I was advised to try a Chin strap to maintain a better mask seal. I have tried a number of chin straps over the last 6 months. This was the best of the masks I have tested. 1st positive: it is offered in multiple sizes. I have an XL head. 2nd positive I don't have to cinch it down tightly for it to work well. 3d positive: it goes under the chin to lift my jaw to a proper, comfortable sleeping position. 4th positive: It does not move around or slip off during the night. 5th positive: my CPAP mask remains in place all night long when I am wearing this chin strap under my mask. 1st negative: This is the most expensive chin strap I purchased. 2nd negative: this chin strap is downright ugly. My wife calls it my astronaut helmet. Final take: This mask system works, is more comfortable, stays in place better, and should last long enough to pay for its higher price tag.

Much more comfortable to wear than traditional head gear

Was very excited to try the Dual Band Chin Strap, but found the first night that the velcro pad for the bands to attach to was placed directly over the ear and made so much noise with even the slightest movement that I couldn't sleep. I decided I should try to return it.
My first email to the company was ignored. The second one was responded to and ask me for more details, and then was ignored. I called and was given the runaround and was told to email the supervisor directly, which I did. They never responded. Deeply disappointed in this company and their product.

The new version of the Knightsbridge Dual Band Chin Strap is more comfortable that the previous version. It is lighter and quite comfortable leaving no lasting marks on my face.

Dual band works great. I am not on cpap but snore terribly. Other chin straps are stretchy and my mouth still fell open during sleep. Not with this.

This is the only chin strap that pulls your jaw up vertically instead of back diagonally. It should work and it does. No strain on the TMJs. Improved CPAP functioning.

I purchased on 12/12/2022. I like the cotton. It is more comfortable than the original of which I had also owned. It is a little big; my head size is 22 1/8 and so I thought a large was the correct size. I was wrong. Beginning almost immediately, every night I have to adjust the headgear because the cap pulls forward over my eyebrows. I have found that not adjusting on the back of the cap works a little better. But as the cotton stretches (expected, it's cotton), I may be forced to use the size adjuster. The problem is that the adjustment makes the adjuster thicker and bothers the back of the head, like sleeping with a pebble under my head.

My ears do not like the restriction of air movement and often causes an ear discomfort, almost an ear ache.

Having said all this, it does hold my mouth shut better than all other brands I have tried (about 5-6?). But the size and ear issue bother me. I still wear it but would not replace with same brand/model.

I have been using a chin strap gizmo for some time fo r obstructive sleep apnea. However when I learned about this from Dr. Vic Veer and watched the video made by the inventor, it made sense to me. I tried it for the first time last night and could immediately tell there was no pressure on my TMJ and where I did feel snugness just made more sense to me.

When we ordered the wrong size headgear by mistake and contacted customer support they immediately responded the same day. We received the right size and couldn't be happier.

I purchased the chin strap making what I thought was an educated purchase. I did research on the device and looked at several reviews taking them under considerations. I received the device and used it for a week. I struggled wearing it under my CPAP full face mask. There was just so much on my head I had issues sleeping. The point was to keep my mouth closed in an attempt to prevent "jaw drop" and I would say it worked for about 75% of the time, depending on the position I was in while sleeping. The biggest issue was the amount of coverage my head and face had to deal with while using the device as well as the face mask. It was too hot at times. I reached out to Knightsbridge to inquire about returning the device since I didn't like it. I was told they only do returns if there was defect in the device, not because I didn't like it. Now how is someone suppose to know if it would work for them or if they would "like" it unless they bought one and tried it for themselves ? I understand this is a business but when you tell your customers too bad you are stuck with their product when it doesn't work for you is poor. I cannot say I will ever recommend this device or this company to anyone. Get something at Amazon or another company that has a better return policy.
