Paid for a Dual Band Premium Air Deluxe…
Paid for a Dual Band Premium Air Deluxe strap on Sept.26, 2023 and it never arrived. Asking for a refund and now they go “radio silent. Not happy with their service. Would give it a zero if possible.
In their response they say it was mailed on Nov. 13. By Nov.22 still has not arrived. Lies lies lies
Dec. 2 still has not arrived from the Fufillment Dept. buyer beware. Scam

UPDATE - Product review and experience with order
FINAL UPDATE - 01/30/2024 - After Knightsbridge's offer on 12/15/2023 to send me a smaller headgear, I waited, and waited, and waited some more. 45 days later, not a peep. I don't mind having bought headgear for my wife and I and neither of us can use them - that is a risk you take when buying online. However, I do mind someone telling me they will do something for me then not doing it. I'd rather you say, "So sorry it didn't work out" or say nothing at all. Just be on your way... and that is what I am - on my way. I'm through dealing with Knightsbridge. My 2 star rating is only because I believe the product has merit and it is built well. As for Knightsbridge itself - buy at your own risk!
UPDATE - 12/15/2023 - I used the product for a couple of weeks, but due to the shape of my head, it never fit comfortably. I have a flat back of head & protruding chin, both of which conspire to cause the entire headgear to slip during the night. When it slips, it allows my mouth to open and the velcro attaches to strap cover cloths I use on my mask, causing leaks. This means I had to remove mask as well as headgear, and chinstrap to go to bathroom.
Edwin at Knightsbridge asked me to send him some pictures of how I wear the chinstrap. I did so and he has told me that he believes the headgear is too large, although my measurement was squarely in the middle of the Large size chart on the website.
So he is sending me a Medium sized chinstrap to test it. He says that is that doesn't work, they may try to make a custom chinstrap for me.
I'm not saying this will happen to others, as I believe this is due to my unusual head structure and a smaller chinstrap may fix it.
I must say that while this has been an ordeal, with Knightsbridge dropping the ball in getting my order to me, once it arrived, and I've had issues with its usability, Edwin has been very good at communication and working to make their product work for me.
Below is my original review as I struggled to get the chinstraps for my wife and I.
PRIOR REVIEW -- Never received the product. Ordered on 9/28. On 10/2, I was advised that 1 of the 2 straps I ordered was on backorder and it would be about a week. I decided to wait. On 10/6, I was told they didn't know when they would get the backordered item. I changed to match other, in stock item. Then the changed order removed my discount code from 1 item. They fixed it. On 10/9 I received a shipping notice, but didn't receive it (2nd day shipping) on 10/11. On 10/12, I was told they were having trouble shipping but it would go out Sat 10/14. Having not received it by 10/18, their email addresses were bouncing. I asked about shipment on comment form on website. On 10/19 I was told it would go out "tomorrow", 10/20. I submitted another comment asking for a refund. As of 10/23, I have heard nothing... very disappointed with Knightsbridge.

On 10/26, I was finally contacted by Edwin with Knightsbridge. He explained the issues they've had lately. I agreed to wait a little while longer. He said it should be a week. On 11/16 I received another email regarding another shipping delay, but it shouldn't be much longer. All of this while getting promotional emails to buy from them again. Plus the website touting orders being shipped within an hour... I had just had a pacemaker implanted and was dealing with recovery, so I waited to pursue the matter of a refund. On 11/25, I received a notice that my order had shipped. I wasn't sure of that. However, my order finally showed up on 11/30 - just over 2 months after ordering. Knightsbridge was bad at communication during the struggle to get the product, although it has improved greatly lately.

Process and response issues
I love the chin straps but I’ve had problems with their ordering process. There’s no way in the system to pay the customization fee. I asked by email for 1 (in order to try the new open ear product) but bought 2 so they could credit back for the custom fee. I now have 2 of the new more expensive straps and neither works, at all, because the shorter straps don’t reach the velcro. And I’m getting no response to my issue.

This strap really works but takes a couple of weeks to arrive.
Excellent product & support. Chin strap reduced mask leakage by 70 to 80% compared to previous halo strap. Company exchanged premium chin strap for regular version & issued credit when premium strap had fit issues. However, order processing prior to shipping was very slow (5 to 7 days) then had to wait another 5 or so days for delivery.

I had mistakenly ordered a wrong sized…
I had mistakenly ordered a wrong sized chin-strap and Knightsbridge sent me a new one (in the right size) without any question. Great customer relations and a great chin-strap!
This fits very well and I look forward to using it tonight. I sure agree that the vector of forces is far better aligned with my jaw/etc. than from the elastic headband I had used before.
I give Knightsbridge the top score -- 5 out of 5!

Awaiting Product
Update: I’ve been contacted by company and hope to have resolution.
You want my review but I haven’t received my item. It said shipped/delivered but I had nothing and when I went to write in I received a note saying my item was not in stock and I asked about a different color and also explained the above and didn’t get a reply. I actually was a customer in past but ordered one size too big. So I’m very upset.

The dual band chinstrap is amazing
The dual band chinstrap is amazing. It's the only device that holds my mouth closed during sleep and doesn't push back on my jaw. Firm and gentle hold with dual Velcro straps. I purchased the mesh style cap and it is very comfortable. My head doesn't get hot sleeping with it. I also use a cpap and is fits over the cap perfectly. This product is amazing!

I was contacted by Knightsbridge and offered a refund on return. I have updated my review based on customer service not on the product as I haven’t received it yet.
Who knows if the product works because I never received it.
Have moved on to another option now.
Contacted Knightsbridge to get a refund since I no longer have a need, but they said it was on its way now. It is too late to serve its purpose, but they said nothing they could do. Lesson learned. I thought positive reviews and paying more might provide better service and product.
