Works just like advertised, pulls up under chin. Old chin straps pulled back on chin. A little pricey, but if it lasts longer and works better than cheaper chin straps, it is worth the added expense.

Here is my email exchange with them and his response:
Dear Daisy, thank you for your email. I am here submitting the pictures you requested. This is the best we can fit my father in the chin strapped your company sent

1. Because the cap is incorrectly cut, it wont allow us to push it back any further, and so it covers my father's eyes, making it very uncomfortable.
2. On the back, it fits like a skirt. Here in these pictures is tightened to the max on the back and it is completely lose and bulky on my father's head, making it unusable and useless
3. Look at the opening for his right ear, it is so poorly cut that my dad's ear is both in and out of the hole (same with the other side but far worse with the right ear), and look at all the extra material that is just hanging on the back. It is a horrible cut and bad design. The hole for the ear is not fulfilling any of its purpose of keeping ear free nor providing belcrop space to attach the two straps because the hole is so big that the space for the velcro and the straps is too too narrow. So, I had to partially attach one of the straps to the other strap, which makes the strap come loose after any movement, and therefore not keeping the mouth close, the only purpose of this entire contraption.
4 Look at the stitching closely, it is so poorly done that it looks like a 5 year old sew this piece. I have bought many of these chin straps all for under $30 or less and I have never seen anything like this. I paid $80 for this one including $15 for 3 day shipping. The mask is a sham and I did not get it on the time I paid for it. Plus, I got an email the day before I was supposed to get it saying that the Medium size in black was out of stock and asking me whether I wanted a white one. I did not say I did and yet two days later I got a white one, without my consent. Lastly, I could not track the shipment as advertised because the shipment only left the day it was supposed to arrive. The whole thing is a fraud to me. Needless to say, I am very upset.

It actually works, I was getting TMJ from other chinstraps. This one I did not and I already tried tape which wasn't strong enough and I wasn't about to put duct tape over my lips so I tried a basic chinstrap which worked but gave me TMJ. Because of sleep apnea I didn't use to be a mouth breather while asleep but I've had it for so long. I became a mouth breather as a consequence of it so I needed something to help me with keeping my mouth closed after the TMJ got so bad from the chinstrap I use I finally searched for something else and found the Knightsbridge chinstrap which works great. My sleep stats are back to normal, TMJ is gone and I'm sleeping pain free again.

I am not finding that the Chin Strap is helping. The $60+ were not well spent.

I ordered the Dual Band Premium on order 3657 which I have used in the past. I received the Dual Band Premium Air Deluxe instead. I was headed overseas for 2 weeks so I didn’t have the time to return the incorrect item. I used it for the past 2 weeks but much prefer the Dual Band Premium. The Air Deluxe has no fabric over the ear which is nice but the downside is that the Velcro patch is much higher on the head making it harder to get a good fit.

I wore it a total of 30 min before ripping it off. It is uncomfortable because it never stays in place, the ear holes on the premium version put strain on the lower ear lobes. The chin strap is too wide for short chin people, causing the adams apple to catch every time you swallow. The double strap is a confusing design choice. The first strap is immovable, but the second one is elastic, making the elastic strap virtually pointless. It didn't matter where the strap was hooked, the "helmet" was all over the place on the head when turning over. Half the time it would ride up covering my eyes. Maybe it wasn't adjusted right but I have no desire to find out at this point.

If you live in Europe, don't order! I ordered on the 23rd of July and even with many e-mails (without any answer) I still haven't received anything. I red on trustpilot that they had once "problems" with UPC, that's why they highly recommend for Europe to choose the DHL-Option (the most expensive one), which I chose. A few days later, I received the confirmation that my order as been given to... UPC. The tracking-number from UPC says since then (2 months long) only "label created". I contacted UPC, answer from them: they never received the package from Knightsbridge.
So I'm now here without my order and nobody answering me at all from Knightsbridge. Customer service was probably an option that they didn't want to invest in.

This is clearly a very well-made, well thought out product that just does not work for me. I found it extremely hot, and could not tolerate it for more than 30 minutes. Also, the Velcro straps were very irritating under my chin. I was using it with CPAP and the headgear straps would get tangled with the Velcro and the bulk of the “cap.” I persevered for a few nights, and then gave up. As there was no satisfaction guaranteed warranty it was an expensive failure.

Good product. Works well. The size is too big. So I'm not sure if the measurement instructions were right. I may need to purchase a smaller size because it rides up in the front.

Works great using a full face mask. You will only breath through your nose and your mouth will stay shut as it should be during sleep. This will help the body's Nitric Oxide production vital to all areas of your health.

This is by far the most effective chin strap that I have found. One small flaw keeps it from 5 stars. That is in my opinion the lack of adequate padding on the skin side of the non elastic strap. This in my case keeps me from a tight enough jaw closure.

This chin strap is probably the only strap that addresses the angle of keeping the mouth shut without pulling your chin backwards and defeating the intended purpose. I give it 5 stars for that. But in my particular case, this strap almost chokes me when pulled enough to keep my jaw from dropping. Also, please make an updated strap that doesn’t make your head hot because it’s like wearing a beanie to bed underneath all that cpap gear. Thanks for asking.

I think they have a quality product, but i had a disappointing customer service experience.

I've wasted money on a dozen or more chin staps from Amazon and ebay and none come close to how this one works to support a healthy closed mouth. Even my dry mouth has reduced to 95% and can sleep the 1st 6 hours without 1 wake up. Will buy more if this thing ever wears out

I paid for 2 day shipping, which meant it should have arrived on a Tuesday. It didn't arrive until Wednesday of the following week. I did call them and they explained they were migrating to a new system and apologized, but had I not called I'm sure they would have not refunded me. The product does not work for me. It makes my snoring worse as indicated by OSCAR. I do not recommend the product, or the company.

This is my 2nd purchase. Sturdy item and works for me.

You don't need to have the straps too tight in order to hold your jaw in the proper position, which makes it comfortable and effective. On an older version that I have, the Velcro had the hard, scratchy type on the cap and softer on the straps. I had to use a cloth barrier between the tubing of my Airfit N30I and the cap, as I feared the Velcro could be too abrasive and eventually damage my mask. With the new one I recently received, the scratchy Velcro is on the straps and the softer Velcro is on the cap. This simple switch now makes it ideal for masks like my N30I and Dreamware etc..

The cap is comfortable. I always make the straps to tight readjusting with Cpap headgear on
