I am absolutely delighted with my purchase of Afnan Supremacy in Oud Giftset from DXB Perfume. The scent is amazing, rich, smooth, and long-lasting, easily 8+ hours on my skin. I’ve received several compliments already 😊
Delivery from DXB Perfume was very prompt, and the price was excellent compared to other retailers like Debenhams. The whole experience was spot on from start to finish.

Love it
My first time buying a perfume oil and per Afnan range, it's a lovely scent. Seems a bit overpowering for my senses or maybe I need to get use to the blend.
The presentation though is gorgeous! It's one of the prettiest perfume bottles I've ever seen!

Awful customer service- no communication
Received my order via online. When opening noticed the otomizer was broken (snapped off). I have emailed several times with no reply. I have also taken the perfume to the meadowhall store to where they were unable to sort with it being an online order therefore has to be sent back via online. I had explained that nobody was replying to my emails to where they were not helpful. What is the point of having an onlie form/email to contact if you are not going to reply!!!!

I always get so many compliments on my DXB fragrance, and the customer service each time from the whole team, but Parjesh especially is exceptional. One of the big reasons I return back is because of the service - honestly the best service in the whole shopping center.
