No response to email enquiring on whereabouts of order, so a phone call to a pleasant young man who said he'd get back to me - of course, he didn't. Update - finally spoke to young man and, in his defense, he said he'd tried to ring me back but kept getting voicemail. My order is imminent, apparently

I'm commenting on the service offered by Dynamic Chemicals. The web site is easy to use, easy to find the product you need and the checkout process offered is spot-on, and you can choose to create an account or checkout as guest. The Carbon Off product purchased was recommended by a friend and I sourced mine from Dynamic Chemicals. The service is excellent, fast and friendly. I haven't used the product yet but I'm assured it will work on our kit.

Ed. Now I've used the product I can comment on the effectiveness. It really is excellent, just follow the instructions - especially safety regarding product use. But it removes burnt-on carbon and although the piece of kit was badly used, a couple of goes with CarbonOff has cleaned it up like new.

From the start of the phone conversation to the finish for payment - nothing but politeness and good old efficient service. Ordered in the afternoon and it was delivered by 10.0.a.m the next day. Wish every company was that efficient & pleasant. They could certainly teach a few lessons on how to deal with one off customers..
