Great service.
I took my car in for several different services to be done at once. I recieved a courtesy car even though the work carried out was done quickly. The cost was half of what the main dealership quoted me originally. Great service.

Very efficient garage business
Very efficient garage business. Kept exactly to schedule. Firm but fair on MOT test. Friendly reception team led by Debbie (very cute 'bob' haircut). And help yourself to coffee, tea and biscuits while you wait. Could you ask for more?!

They seem very professional but were unable to to diagnose a low fuel pressure problem on my car which keeps putting it into limp mode so will have to try elsewhere.

I reported a problem with PDC in my BMW…
I reported a problem with PDC in my BMW X6 ( on rear bumper).visit arranged one week in advance.after the whole day in service will not do anything and charge ....£ .In summary, nothing done does nothing. they informed me that the sensors in the rear bumper do not work well. I saw it before..

Thanks for your review please see the advise on your invoice advises listed below, as you can see the diagnostic machine found faults on the PDC sensors and we requested more investigation time to check this out but you declined this.

Customer reported PDC warning on display constantly
Light has been on since before December
Vehicle does not drive any differently when the light is on
Advised initial scan necessary to see if any fault codes are stored
Found fault codes for all four rear parking sensors being short to ground on the vehicle.
Advised customer that the rear bumper needs to be removed to gain access to the wiring so we can check the sensors and wires.
Extra 2 hours needed to remove bumper
Extremely good customer services
Extremely good customer services. They went over what they had to to make sure that my car was finished on time. Work was fast, professional and reliable. Recommen to anyone.

I would highly recommend EAC to anyone. Friendly service, 5 star facilities, excellent communication, very competitive in comparison to others. They even offer a pool car service or drop you off. What more can you want.

EAC are a fantastic company
EAC are a fantastic company! I've been taking my car there for years! The reception team are welcoming and always helpful. The cost of repairs/services have always been spot on. They shall be seeing me for many many years to come.
