The guys at their Birkenhead branch were very helpful. However no one mentioned that delivery would be to the kerbside outside our house. It appears that carrying these (heavy) objects inside is the responsibility of the purchaser. It would cost an extra £60 for this service but nobody told us about this. As my wife and I are in our 70s this was not an option. The delivery driver was very helpful and carried most things in but some pieces were too heavy for him (and he was a big lad). When I called Birkenhead to complain they came straight out and fixed it. Redemption!

Always a professional service with a wide choice of materials and furniture.

I use EasyBathrooms regularly great company with friendly helpful staff. The customers I work with/for always find the products they require. Great selection of bathrooms from small to large. Good selection of tiles to accompany the bathrooms.

Highly recommend going to see Richie, Calum and Jordan.

We visited Easy Bathrooms shop. The staff in Birkenhead were really knowledgeable and helpful. We ordered from internet because it was showing it could be delivered a day earlier than the shop. Unfortunately after confirmation of the date they could not fulfil that delivery on the confirmed date. We were asked for an alternate date but unfortunately the delivery company delivered on a day we were not at home. Thankfully we received it safely and they kindly refunded us the delivery charge so overall a good experience and the radiator is a quality attractive item

Firstly I would to say the sales/design part of this experience were was very good ,they recommended a fitter who called to the property and said 10days to fit said bathroom, well approx ten weeks later still the project isn't completed csnt believe what's gone on!!many showers later 🙄 the company wanted us (the customer)to in their words just dump the showers still find that hard to believe and still no resolution come on easy bathroom, please sort this out

To add the icing on this very bitter cake, I have asked easy bathrooms this morning to remove all items and refund my entire project in full. They have offered me a measly sum of £399 by way of refund of the faulty showers. If Claire from the customer service team is reading this, I am sorry that I accidentally spat my tea out when you said this figure to me earlier. This is unacceptable, as the whole room has been planned around the space saving Penta shower, and therefore other items would need to be moved and replaced to fit the limited space we have, which would inevitably cause damage to these items.
In addition, I have planned this project around our holiday, so that the disruption to the family would be minimal, and I certainly did not expect it to still be ongoing when my children returned to school. In order for all four of us to get ready for work and school in the morning, we have set up a rota with the first person needing to be in the bath by 5:30am. This is not what I expected, and I certainly would not have described my bathroom experience as ‘easy’.
It is 9 weeks today since I received the original delivery, and the project was meant to take 10-12 days to complete.
I posted this review with the purpose to make others think twice before using Easy bathrooms. The quality of the items and the customer service is beyond shocking.

We had an excellent experience in the showroom. Callum, who handled our order was absolutely brilliant. He patiently answered all our questions, walked us to see various options & made really helpful suggestions throughout. Other staff that we met at the showroom were also unfailingly polite & helpful.
Behind the scenes at the warehouse was another story altogether with several delivery glitches & insufficient haste in resolving them. We ordered floor tiles, which showed as available when our order was being drawn up, but it turned out that didn’t have them in stock & would not be available until 3 months after our bathroom fitters started the job. We were flexible & chose other tiles although we didn’t like them as much. We had moved out of the house while the building work was in progress. We went home one day to see how things were progressing & to our horror the wrong tiles had been delivered & cemented in. They were nothing like our choice in colour, style or finish. My husband frantically prised them up - no mean feat - before they totally dried & would have to be smashed. The work was delayed & when the replacement tiles arrived, the fitter had to be paid an extra day to re-lay them.
We put in a claim for that extra day & they refused, saying it was our responsibility to check each item. We were staying away from home when the tiles arrived. The builders obviously didn’t know that they weren’t the right tiles. We are absolutely furious that they refuse to take any responsibility for their major error. We then asked them to share the cost as a gesture of good will & they refused, sticking to their terms & conditions.

As a bathroom fitter I can’t recommend this company enough. I send all my customers here now as the lads in store are so knowledgeable and helpful. All my customers give me top feedback so I know anyone I send in are in good hands. The products are brilliant and lots of bathroom displays to browse round for ideas. Went in store today and was helped by Richie who was amazing from start to finish. Very professional, polite and helpful. Helped us get things just the way we wanted them.
When we arrived we were greeted with a hello no heavy sales pushing which was amazing gave us time to look around. Then Richie said if we needed any help just to ask again not making us feel pressured. We have come away really happy and excited to get our new bathroom started. Highly recommend this company.

Store and employees excellent. I had a problem with the doors of my shower. I was passed to their Google Tech Dept. They were totally unhelpful to the point I advised the doors were 'not fit for purpose' and my complaint has not been resolved and I have heard nothing since.

I had a simple and straightforward experience from start to finish. The staff in the showroom were very helpful and knowledgeable throughout the process.
