Thanks for your contrubutions

Before : They couldn't install our app for 5 months. Our app agent has left easyorder but they are not informing us. Again we waited another month. After installing the app, the application did not work. We are still waiting for the flyers we paid for to be printed. I can send the documents to those who want them. Stay away.

After : They requested a meeting with us and then resolved the situation. Moreover, they offered 6 months of free usage.

Recognition

I've been using the Local Online Portal and the unique F&B apps for a while now.
UI is very intuitive and user friendly. The system in itself is stable and mature and I've noticed that with every update or new version of the apps, bug fixes but especially new functionality is added to the ordering platforms. Different integrations with payment providers like Mollie, Adyan, Stripe, ... are possible to pay online in whatever way you want. It's also nice to see a Belgian software developer going to war against the international giants draining all the profit margins from our local F&B places. More Belgian enterpreneurship like this is needed ASAP!

Don’t do it

If you order, be sure to pay at the restaurant and not up front. The restaurant is independent from easy ordering and it’s impossible to contact anyone from easy ordering if there’s a problem.
