About six weeks ago, I made a purchase, and I'm still waiting for it to show up. The tracking number doesn't register on the courier's site. I've reached out through email for an update, but they're delaying. I just want a refund!

i paid for my goods but still nothing has arrived
this company is a scam do not place an order with them you will never get your goods or money back
i have contacted the department of business to have them shut down and taking leal action

DO NOT BUT GOODS FROM THIS COMPANY THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY BUT YOU DONT GET YOUR GOODS

Disgusting customer service, awful product!

Emailed customer service and each time given excuse after excuse why my product didn't work, each time blaming me and something I MUST have done.

I put my tattoo on, followed all the instructions and the next day it had stamped and spread to another area.

I was told 'we do warn about transferring you need to follow instructions' when I said I did they kept coming back with what about this, and what about that, pointless emails back and forth, with things I needed to do (some of which are not in the instructions.

Instructions say where loose clothing, they tell me I need to:
* Cover with bandage over night
* Keep covered or prevent transferring (pointless when you want tattoo to be ON SHOW)

Then I had, you must have washed it, you must have had lotion on, you must have touched it, you must have had sweaty skin.

Just be warned, it lasts 3 days and transfers to other parts of skin so easily and it will ALWAYS be you YOUR FAULT!

Anything to avoid refunding for their poor quality, awful product, probably produced in China!

I placed the order about a month and a half ago and nothing has arrived yet. The tracking number is non-existent on the courier's website. I have asked for explanations via email and they are stalling. I would like my money back!

Item never arrived.
They were quick to take money but never sent item. No reply when queried.

Ordered in the beginning of December. Checked in multiple times. Was finally told mid-end January that my order was shipped but lost. I received no tracking, and even when I asked the question was ignored and they offered some free items and expedited shipping for it to be remade, or a refund. Waited another month plus to again reach out and be told, guess what, it was lost again. Still no tracking ever produced, so at this point I am pretty sure it was never made and just a scam. Thanks for the waste of 3 months where I could have ordered elsewhere!

This is a message to easy tattoo and especially Shannon (my tattoo artist) firstly my experience when I walked into the establishment was first class! Everyone that works there are first class,smiling ,friendly, easy to talk and I feel like I'm part of the family, this was my first tattoo which had an important meaning, and the team was amazing, they listened to everything I wanted and also shared ideas to make me more love my tattoo, but Shannon plz follow her on Instagram neon circus tattoos your incredible it was an emotional day and you made it an incredible and professional experience thank you so much for my tattoo it means so much to me. Recently I found this page. I definitely recommend it. Quick delivery. I found inside a hand written note with a small satchet of tattoo cream ‘for someone I care about’. Keep up the good work!

Hi! There was an additional shipping charge so I called them and asked if they could send it via royal mail 2nd class or something, as the sun block stick is enough small to fit it in an envelope, so it shouldn’t be that expensive.
I am telling you always call – it works :] A person on the phone checked the weather forecast :] and told me that he will send it free next day delivery so I will be ready for the weekend:] Nice touch! Thanks!
