I would not recommend this company. I sent a polite message with an issue about a product and received numerous messages back from Miriam calling me a ‘dizzy blonde’ ‘too dumb to tell anything to’ ‘get my stupid self back to la la land’ and numerous other undeserved and unexpected insults.

The professionalism is appalling and if you want to work with a company who speaks to people in a professional manner and can lease with customers respectably then please shop somewhere else.

I saw a shelf with a bowl on the website, but only wanted the shelf. I was told this was no problem and when I asked about measurements I was later rung by an employee who gave me the exact measurement I required. It was delivered promptly...however when I took the old shelf off, the new shelf wouldn't cover the existing holes (my measurement mistake). On contacting the firm I was told to package it up and return with a full refund. It was returned and a full refund given.....I don't usually write reviews but I was so happy with the way this was handled it felt the need to....I WILL be using this firm again no doubt.
