Very disappointed and inconvenienced. Booked taxi to collect from Malta Airport. Confirmed on the day pick up time and place. Waited at arrivals for 30mins. Called office and was told driver is parking will be with you in a few minutes. After 10 mins called office again. Told driver was there all the time but couldn't find me so left. What a lie. How unprofessional. I am in Malta for a holiday and will not be using eCabs.

Extremely unreliable. Ordered a car, waited outside for the car to arrive, about 5 minutes in, I get a notification that the car has arrived, however app showed that the driver was about 0.5km away (location was updating as the car was moving). About 5 minutes later I get a notification that driver has been waiting too long and ride was cancelled. Customer service was very arrogant and rude, did not apologise, but told me to book a pro-driver instead.

Great service! Punctual and friendly reliable service, fair prices. Used three or four times during my vacation in Malta. Will definitely use on my return.

Where should the cab drivers file a complaint for not paying the customer cash?

App doesn’t work! Uber so much easier and cheaper, don’t waste your money with these cowboys

I tried to pay by card but was told it needed to be cash, so had to go into the airport to withdraw money. Then the driver didn’t have enough change so I was effectively short changed. I should have made him go into the airport to get change! Get your act together ecab!

We’ve used eCabs 6 times in our recent few days in St Paul’s. Can’t fault the service, prompt, polite and well driven. Cars have all been well maintained and clean. It’s made our visit to Malta worry free as they have been so reliable.

Downloaded the app and had 2 trips in the morning. All was fine, drivers found the pick up point with no problem, were courteous and helpful. Third ride booked, the driver stops on an entirely different road. I phone the driver to whom I explain he s on the wrong road. He insists he is not and asks me to send him my location on WhatsApp. I told him he should be using his own app and he drove off "looking for" Me in the opposite direction. In the end I cancelled the ride out of frustration!

Great experience in general. Only problem is that sometimes the driver drives really bad …

But I recommend ECabs

Last night I was going to the hospital taking my sick daughter and we were passing near Bugibba when an eCabs driver started forcing an overtake in a very dangerous place putting my family at risk and driving at high speed when he went to overtake my car there was no space and no possibilities and even so he did and threw the car in my car, I recommend that you review the attitude of this employee who represents the name of your company... see below the identification of the car, I’m coming to complaint to Police as well.

The driver was super friendly and drove very careful and attentive

The only point that I was not so keen on is that they don’t have an invoice 🧾 when you ask .Today I got a message by mail to receive the invoice.
They arrange it but it is a bit of a hassle.

The driver called his boss who started to pis on him like he was a dog who had
sh#t on his rug 😤

I had to fill in a form on their website to get an email with the invoice.
I hope they send me the invoice because otherwise they work in a black circuit.😎

I think the driver ( Manny) is an example of how a cabdriver should be as an employee and as a human . Friendly, attentive and emphatic.

Our driver nearly fell asleep. He stopped and splashed water in his face. Very scary.

Before ecabs was my favorite now with this no english speaking drivers it is crazy.Im too nervios to write more but no more ecabs for me

Great drivers, criminal administration. Legal dept tried to tell me I was going to get charged with Fraud for not paying on time and that my family was going to get charged. A complete joke for professional people, like everything else professional.

I only dealt with amazingly nice drivers, helping me out and waiting for me on my errands, they all feel like private chauffeur, I'm gonna use only this company now for all my travels around Malta. Plus they accept dogs which is a major plus considering Malta is not pet friendly on their buses or other Taxi companies. Very satisfied !

poor service,either the driver can not locate the address at St Julian or when complained started insulting us /the customers.administration apologised but not good since same failure repeated after a year.reasonable prices.

Well, I tried them, and they were POOR and overcharged by 25 euros, all I can say is do not use very expensive. Stopped off at Popeye village, when I clearly said I didn't want to stop there. DO NOT USE ECABS. Other local taxis a lot cheaper, and calmer drivers. Ignore their reply below DO NOT USE ECABS, they are very expensive, my return trip after I canceled Ecabs, was an 8 seater a lot smarter looking car, without a boy racer driver. Read previous Ecab reviews I'm not alone, don't fall for their fancy app, you will pay for it.. Their online app quoted me 50 euros, showed the route, airport to Ramla Bay clear as day, then charged me 58 euros, when 50 euros was already an overcharge, its about 35 euros the distance we went for 5 passengers....FACT

Used it to get home from the Airport.

The app showed us where the car was and gave the driver's name as well!

He arrived before the given waiting time and was very helpful with the bags.

Car was clean and in good condition.

Definitely recommend!
