A well run company with a great…

A well run company with a great attitude to customer service.
I’ve ordered 151 and Prismatic Evolutions and all turned up with tracked delivery. First parcel even had some cool promos chucked in for free. Absolutely recommend.

Simply the best

Genuine mistake resolved in record time

Received the wrong order by mistake due to human error. Contacted customer services via the website and they called me back within the hour to apologise and rectify the mistake. The missing items were with me within 24hours. They kept me updated every step of the way and were very apologetic. The whole thing was handled in a professional and friendly manner/

They canceled my order??!!

They canceled my order without any just cause. I have ordered many time from ebay and shop with the same payment method and delivery address. Never had a problem. This is the worst company/individual I have ever purchase anything from.

Thank you for your feedback, and I’m sorry to hear about your experience. We had emailed you regarding the cancellation of the order and the reason for it. As mentioned in the email the order was flagged by our fraud systems as a potential risk. This blocks us from processing the order and the only course of action is for us to cancel the order.

Unlike larger platforms like eBay or other big companies, we are a smaller business and need to be especially cautious about potential security concerns. It affects not only us, but the customer as well. We need to ensure the safety of all parties. When our system flags an order based on certain patterns we’ve seen in the past, we cancel it to protect both our customers and our business from potential fraud.

In the email we did point out possible causes why the order was flagged. We did mention you were able to attempt the order again and suggested how to place the order to avoid this issue. We understand this may be frustrating and inconvenient, and we appreciate your interest in shopping with us. If you'd like assistance with placing a new order or have any questions, please feel free to reach out. We’re here to help and ensure you have a positive experience moving forward.
