I booked a flight and I ticked the "special request" bottom since I have a baby and I wanted to include the request of a bassinet to my baby. Then I had to call ( an international call) to say to eDreams what was my "special request", otherwise my booking would not be confirmed. So I did that. It took me almost 30 minutes (in an international call...) to include my request and confirm my booking. However, the person who attended me ( Sr. VAIBHAV ) put the wrong name in my and my daugthers eticket. When I called LATAM to confirm my request of bassinet, The said me the names where not matching to what I was saying by phone (Sr. VAIBHAV abbreviated my name and cutted part of the last name, probably because I have three "last names"). Conclusion: I have to spend a lot of time filling documents to request the correction of names since LATAM informed me that I can not take the flight with the wrong names on the e-ticket. I initially evaluated the eDreams with 5 stars. But given that big error and I am here again to say my bad experience in the end.
