Difficult to get the full receipts for the flights.

Easy to find the best available flights and the best prices. Usually difficult to get receipts, if you need them for your company. Edreams only gives you the receipt for its service, then you have to after the travel companies, which is pain in the neck (some make it impossible).

Wrong names on e-ticket

I booked a flight and I ticked the "special request" bottom since I have a baby and I wanted to include the request of a bassinet to my baby. Then I had to call ( an international call) to say to eDreams what was my "special request", otherwise my booking would not be confirmed. So I did that. It took me almost 30 minutes (in an international call...) to include my request and confirm my booking. However, the person who attended me ( Sr. VAIBHAV ) put the wrong name in my and my daugthers eticket. When I called LATAM to confirm my request of bassinet, The said me the names where not matching to what I was saying by phone (Sr. VAIBHAV abbreviated my name and cutted part of the last name, probably because I have three "last names"). Conclusion: I have to spend a lot of time filling documents to request the correction of names since LATAM informed me that I can not take the flight with the wrong names on the e-ticket. I initially evaluated the eDreams with 5 stars. But given that big error and I am here again to say my bad experience in the end.

Good service but long phone call

My phone call was redirected to India. The assistant helped me and solved my problem. At the end both he and I was impatient since the phone call lasted 42 minutes to solve my problem. Even thought, Prasheat Gupta did a good job.

Althought Pinku was pleasent the issue…

Althought Pinku was pleasent the issue is not solved. I was not able to pay my reservation, which is still pending and the comission 22,82€ that Pinku mentioned that was going to be return to me is not yet reverted.

In the meantime I'm not able to make another reservation with the same flight details, because this one is still pending.

I hope this situation is solved very shortly so I can book my trip.
