Bradley saved our christmas

Bradley saved our christmas. He went the extra mile to ensure we were able to take payments on our new website over Christmas following Shop Pay removing the ability for our customers to pay at 5pm on Christmas eve. 5*

Terrible company to deal with.

Terrible company to deal with.
Cancelled our account after one chargeback that ended up being resolved. I can see why Elavon has such terrible reviews from many other businesses. Avoid at all costs!

IP White Listing Query

Lorna was super friendly and helped me sort out the white-listing of some IP addresses. I had no idea what to do, but she guided me through the process and explained exactly what IP addresses are and what they mean, so a proper learning experience. I managed to get done what I needed to do with confidence. Many thanks Lorna :-)

Serious Difficulties Resolving Refund Processing Issue

We are a UK business who previously used Elavon Connect as our merchant processor. In November 2025, we issued a batch of customer refunds through our payment gateway which were shown as processed on our side. Shortly afterwards, the refund batch was cancelled by Elavon Connect and our merchant account was closed.

Since then, we have been trying to understand how the refunds can be completed for the affected customers. As of today, multiple customers are still waiting for funds that were intended to be returned, and despite ongoing communication with Elavon Connect and our gateway provider, we have not yet received a clear operational solution or a confirmed route for these refunds to reach the cardholders.

This has caused significant pressure on our business because customers are asking daily for updates, and we have no definitive explanation to give them. We have also requested written clarification from Elavon Connect regarding why the refund batch was cancelled and what the next steps should be, but unfortunately we have not received a final resolution yet.

We fully understand that fraud and risk controls are part of any financial service, but when refunds are reversed or cancelled, it is important to provide transparent reasoning and a clear means for customers to receive their funds. In our case, the lack of clarity and practical resolution has left us in a difficult position with our customers, and has affected our business reputation.

We genuinely hope that Elavon Connect reviews the situation and provides a direct route to resolve it, as we simply want our customers to receive the refunds intended for them and to close this matter properly.

I filled in a website form (26.11.2025)…

I filled in a website form (26.11.2025) detailing my query and requesting a call back, only to receive a generic automated email telling me the number ro call, which wasn't what I wanted. The number to call was also incorrect - an extra zero "0" on the front of the number.
In fairness, when I did call the operative was very good.
But overall it seemed as though the onus to make contact was pushed back onto the customer.
