Excellent quality item and service. Ordering was a simple, straightforward process. I was kept well informed of the progress of the order and it arrived quickly and securely. A nice touch was the wee surprise bonus of a guitar pick keyring holder thrown in which was an unexpected but much welcome answer to constantly disappearing picks.
