I received a Endota gift voucher and specifically went on a public holiday (which is my only time off). When I went to pay, I was told they don’t accept vouchers on public holidays. What a load of rubbish. Don’t even think of going to Endota. What a ripoff

Endota spa use to be the go to for relaxation, calm and tranquility. My experience specifically at Eltham has been far from tranquil...... I was advised I n a Thursday afternoon that my appointment would not occur for the following Monday. They wanted me to reschedule to another day. I wanted the Monday as I have purposely have taken it off to relax and unwind. In explaining this and asked if they could book me I to another location. They specified that as they were Individually own they couldn't help me further (I was asked to refer to the T and Cs) I then asked for the phone number of the other preferred location and was told I was being difficult and and hung up on me. (I hope they have call recording attached to their IVR) In short this is not my first poor experience at Eltham Endota Spa and i will choose to travel extra to purposely avoid Eltham as the experience consistently degradates from each experience (last time my massage was cut short by 10mins - unresolved matter) I think it's good customer service would be to help a customer with their needs(mine was a massage on the day I arranged A/L) especially if they pulled the service from me (the customer).To be hung up on because you are asking person to serve you is unwarranted. Many day spas are available now and more cost effective.

Had the most wonderful experience at Endota Spa Robina. Leigh was the therapist and I can highly recommend her. I had the Surrender Spa Package. It was truly AMAZING!!! Left there feeling so relaxed. The staff at Endota Spa Robina are very friendly and welcoming. I’ll be going back there!!! Highly recommend 👍💓💓💓🙏🙏🙏
