Electrician speedy repair

Electrician arrived on time as stated in the text message and he was very courteous. Fixed the the issue in the internal fuse box and replaced the necessary items in only a few minutes!! Very speedy service👍🏻
Just waiting to hear back from the office about the non working EV charger outside the house and what the next steps are.

Epr was appointed by Easee support team…

Epr was appointed by Easee support team as charger malfunctioned, young chap who turned up was excellent, know what he was doing and was very polite as well. Thoroughly checked and carried out all tests etc and waited till he was satisfied that the new charger is working. Excellent*****. Job well done!

Very friendly firm

Had to call at our house twice this week to repair a fault on our car charger. Both times they were friendly and were happy to explain what they needed to do.

Initially installed the charger where…

Initially installed the charger where the cable run was unsatisfactory , returned and re aligned all the cables . The comms throughout both experiences from owen was great , very helpful and always kept you up to date whether positive or negative . Very good customer service and also very friendly engineer

Good job

We were given a date which meant waiting a couple of weeks but come the day we were given a approximate arrival time. This happened and the work was carried out in a timely manner by a very friendly chap.

On time and courteous service

Although my appointment was closer to 5pm, it was within the time slot allocated.
The technician was courteous and efficient. I asked about another switch to be checked, which he did willingly.

Electrical testing

The electrician that came to test the lighting circuits arrived promptly, was courteous and pleasant. He did the job quickly and efficiently, explaining each step of the process what he was doing and why. When he had done he made safe the light fitting and left the area clean and tidy.

Very efficient service

Very quick response.
Very efficient and pleasant electrian turned up on time, explained all he was going to do and went over what he had done before he left.
At a difficult time because of a flood in the house, the exact response we needed.

Great service after the poor service I…

Great service after the poor service I had from the home insurance company.They kept in touch every step of the way and dealt with the problem politely,effectively and professionally.They have a tracker system so I knew when I needed to be close to home and a phone call 30mins before the arrived.

Poor appointment booking, but job done luckily.

Ok so the engineer arrived some 2hours + early from my agreement with the booking team. They told me from 12noon to 5 pm time slot. Which suited my family's work commitments. I then on the morning of the visit at 10:03 I get a text to say my engineer would be with me between 9am and 2pm (yes 1hour before the text was recieved) and can track his progress. At 10:15 my daughter phoned me to say the engineer has gone and the ev charger is working. Now my daughter works nights and was awoken by the engineer who was sent outside the agreed time slot, so yes I am not impressed hence 3⭐️ ratings.
At least he fixed my charger.
