Placed my order on the 10th of Feb, waited two weeks and nothing showed up. Emailed them and they said my order would be with me in a couple of days.... still nothing showed up! Emailed again and they said my order would be dispatched that day, which was another lie!
Unfortunately I can't go through PayPal for a refund as I paid with debit card but will be trying my hardest to get a refund!
Do not use!
Ordered boots and chaps from here on the 18th Feb - they happily took the money from my account the day after, but still no sign of my items which haven't even been dispatched (it is now 5th March). After constant emailing, I've received two replies saying they're having 'slight issues with their stock' and each time telling me that my items will be with me in a few days - surprise surprise nothing turned up!
I've since asked for a full refund but my emails are now getting ignored. I will be reporting the company if I don't get my money back.
Awful service.
Very dissapointed
I have ordered from equestrian before, I was pretty happy with my first purchase so I thought it was a good idea to order here for my mothers birthday since she is next week also starting riding.
I ordered the items end of January so that the items would arrive in the Netherlands before 21st of February, my mothers birthday. Now at the beginning of March the items have still not been send off even though they keep telling me they have send it off but the tracking tells different.
Now I am waiting to get my money back with PayPal because equestrians customer service is so incredibly poor.
If you don't want to be scammed out of money, don't order here.
Very Disappointing
Equestrian.com has been the worst online shopping experience ever. I placed an order on 20th Jan and I am still waiting for it over a month later. I have sent several emails and over a week ago I was told it was dispatched and sent by express post. I am still waiting! I will never use this site again.
Bad service and delivery
Ordered from them 3 weeks ago. Order was only dispatched 3 days ago apparently. In two different emails I was told two different couriers and then finally I was told that my order wasn't sent back from the courier. Extremely disappointed in this service
Worst Customer Service Ever Experienced
I have just used equestrian.com for the first and last time! Never again.
If you value your time be wary of buying from them. It took them 3 weeks to deliver PART of my order, 4 weeks in and I am still waiting for the rest! I had to chase them every day to find out what was going on and each time they ensured me my parcel was packaged and would definitely be going out that day.. needless to say it didn’t! It also wasn’t packaged like they said because around a week later they contacted me to tell me they couldn’t find the stirrup leathers I ordered – it took them that long to action anything that I had alter my order because they had already sold them away to someone else! Around 30 emails and a couple of phone calls later I’m no closing to finding out what’s going on.. and then I get an email telling me there’s another problem. I give them a call to find out what it is and no one seems to know. By far the worst customer service I have ever experienced!
And equestrian.com – you took my money nearly a month ago, please send out the rest of my order!!!
Musto yard jacket
I originally ordered a jacket on line which was unfortunately not in stock but got a prompt email to let me know and to tell me the options. The item came up on the web site again so I phoned to make sure it was available. The very nice customer service lady went to the warehouse to check the stock and as I was unsure of the sizing went back again to try it on as she is the same size and put it aside for me. The jacket arrived 2 days later, is a perfect fit and much cheaper than on all the other web-sites I looked at. This is the 3rd time I have used this site and have had a good service each time.

First time I'd used the site. Very impressed with their range of good quality products at competitive prices. When receiving the order, which contained liquid amongst other items, was impressed by the high quality standard of packing. Will use again.

I placed an order on 11/27 with an estimated 5 days international delivery.
It's December 16 and my order is somewhere on transit in England. Emails, phone calls didn't go through until my credit card and PayPal reps got involved. Then equestrian rep said that this package will be delivered within the next 2 weeks?! Good buy xmas tree boxes...
Next time, I would rather pay 20% more than over a month delivery, and international communication with irresponsible company.

Quality goods at attractive prices, great service 😄
Great company to buy from customer service second to none; when order is placed email confirmation arrives quickly and then followed by another email when goods are enroute. Good bargains to be had on clearance section but also good prices on a vast array of high end brands whether it's for horse or rider. Will definitely use again and recommend to my horsey friends.

Its happened to me twice now with this company...
I subscribed to their newsletter and they do advertise some real bargains.....but twice now I have bought items they advertise but they don't have the stock....and they don't keep you informed of any order status...you have to chase.
I'd rather pay a few quid more and get good service.
Fantastic customer services
Hi Everyone, if you need a hat quickly, Equestrian is the place to go. I have been struggling to find any larger sized hats. There they were , sitting on the 'shelf', in Equestrian. 1 size 62 hat and 1 size 63. Brilliant. I have been physically touring Yorkshire to try to find some hats for our disabled riders, with no luck. Keep up the good work Equestrian, I shall be back for more hats soon. Sue

Poor service once goods sent back for exchange
I ordered a pair of riding boots in June. These arrived quickly but they did not fit so I returned them immediately for an exchange to a larger size as it was my daughter's birthday.
2 months later I was still waiting for the exchange. I called the company a couple of times before i eventually received the replacement.
Got there in the end but took me to chase the exchange on more than one ocassion and I wonder if I hadn't would I of heard from them???

All the staff were so helpful as needed to ensure my order arrived on time, and ended up sending express at their expense to ensure it did. All the girls I spoke to on the phone were understanding and really felt like they cared! Thank you Equestrian, I will use you again

Slight problem with order but they went out of their way to fix it
I bought various items which arrived quickly and were exactly as advertised. However, the packaging of the white breeches I bought was torn and they had slight stains on them as a result. I got in touch as I wasn't sure what to do. They responded within hours to advise me and give me a choice of either hanging on to them with a discount or to return them. The stains aren't too bad so I've kept them, and rather than a refund I asked for some small items instead and they have done so without a quibble. I really like that I was given an apology, a quick response and the options of what suited me best. Good work, especially Kate!

Perfect from start of order to delivery!
I cannot believe the negative reviews this company has had! I ordered a much needed Weatherbeeta dog coat on Wednesday afternoon, as promised, if I ordered before 5pm I would get it the next day and at £6 for delivery this was quite competitive, I still saved money on the dog coat compared to other leading online retailers! I had been sent emails, texts regarding delivery and was even given a 1 hour slot for delivery and the dog coat was delivered within this time.
I am delighted and will definitely use this company again!

Excellent items and customer service
This is the first time I have ordered from Equestrian.com. Unfortunately the boots I'd ordered were not available when it came round to dispatching them. Lorna was very sympathetic and sent me out an alternative item which I received the next day. These boots didn't fit but Lorna kindly monitored the returns for my first choice boots/size and I am now stood here in these beautiful boots which are excellent quality, excellent value and a perfect fit! I feel that Lorna went the extra mile for me and I am very impressed with Lorna and Equestrian.com. I will definitely use them again and will recommend them to both friends and family.

Excellent Service
Having inadvertently ordered the wrong size riding boots and disposing of packaging I rang customer services with the expectation of being told I couldn't exchange them. On the contrary, I was emailed an exchange form, returned them and 48 hours later I was wearing the replacements (in the correct size!) at no extra cost to myself.
I cannot praise the staff enough.
