I ordered tassimo costa caramel latte pods . Done my research as I ordered lots of them and this company had 5 packs for a good price if I ordered x7 it was £22.07 . I ordered the 7. Then this company moved the goal posts only 21 arrived instead of 35 when I contacted them they argued that it was 3 packs for £22.07 that's not even a good deal . Not very happy and will not be ordering anything from them again. Avoid this company

Avoid these rude, ignorant cowboys at all costs. Communication is nonexistent. When there is comms they are vague, evasive, difficult and condescending. They just want your cash and do not want to delivery goods or service.

Ordered these thru amazon then found they had cheaper if you ordered direct. I haven't used anyone else since 2 orders a month for over a year and not a problem with orders. 10/10 customer service too. Tassimo latte pods

Bought Dolce Gusto coffee pods and generic milk pods multiple times through eBay in quantities of 100. Never a problem and a good product

Don’t buy from this company! I’ve received half of my order, when contacted them via email they asked me if I want the rest of the order or a refund. I’ve asked to receive the rest of my order. After that I haven’t heard anything anymore, now I can’t even email them, it’s saying email address not recognised! Even though that’s the email address from where we corresponded! I just can’t believe this! What an awful service!

Customer service is amazing, received coffee pods way before expected delivery date. Happy customer.

I wouldn’t even give 1 star!! I order from this company via Wowcher . I have no coffee or any contact from them after emailing them twice. PayPal have contacted them also but still no communication .

I have my dolce gusto latte pods almost every month from this company they are EXCELLENT always on time with delivery and tastes the same as the latte boxes you buy in supermarkets and cheaper and only ever had one problem in which my pods were not the amount I ordered only by 3 pods…. when I let them know they put that extra amount in my next box for me.. very happy with them very good company.

Dreadful company supplying fake coffee pods which do not work properly in a genuine coffee machine and have a bitter aftertaste. Most pods supplied needed to be discarded. Zero customer service who simply deny any responsibility or liability. Avoid these crooks at all costs.

I have purchased several times, and their service is great. I received my orders within 2 to 3 days. Purchasing from the website is much cheaper than Amazon.

Ordered 60 coffee pods from RoyalSilver which is part of Eurocoffee pods as stated on my Paypal receipt, they took my money £6.99 then after 4 days refunded me with no explanation, they hadn’t run out of the pods that I had ordered as a friend ordered the same ones but they had increased by double in price, they have no terms and conditions on Royal silver and as far as C.A.B states once a sale has gone through you enter into a contract, I had in fact had a confirmation email of sale so they broke contract by not seeing through the sale, I wont be using this company again if this is what their service is like no saying what their coffee pods are like.

For many years while living in Tanzania, I roasted locally produced coffee and would never want to purchase ready-roasted beans. So I was delighted to discover that Eurocoffeepods, despite their name, actually market best Tanzanian Kilimanjaro (and Mbeya) coffee at a very reasonable price. They use Hermes for delivery and they have been very quick. I would warmly recommend to anyone who wants to roast their own coffee at home, to find this company via eBay and get supplies from them.
