Visited the Clacton branch to have a couple of tyres fitted. All went well and even offered coffee while I waited. Price was fair and tracking was checked at the same time. Will use again.

Great service from start to finish. Had a screw in my tyre, went into Europit at Clacton and was met by a lovely receptionist (sorry didn't get her name) Extremely helpful and friendly and my tyre repaired and car ready in 25 mins. Very good price. Highly recommend

I was looking to source 5 Michelin Cross Climate Camper for my motorhome. I was told by one large national chain that it would be October before they could source them.

I passed Europit and saw they could cope with high vehicles so gave them a ring.

Ryan was very helpful and obliging confirming they could take my vehicle and jacks etc to cope. I told him that I had been told October for delivery, he told me to leave it with me he could call back. 15 minutes later he rang me to confirm they could have these available for fitting in 48 hours. I admit I did ask him to check the tyre model again but it was correct. The pricing was competitive against the national chains but the service and ambience created was not your normal tyre retailer, Mot's are done on site too.

When I need tyres on my cars or MOTs this will be the business I gravitate to.

Customers were offered a drink and a biscuit which is unheard of.

I was fitted in for a last minute MOT at the Bury St. Edmunds branch. Very friendly, helpful, tustworthy and knowledgeable staff.

I have used Europit Clacton on Sea many times. They have always gone above and beyond to fix my van. And as I’m self employed this has been crucial. I can highly recommend Anne-Marie, Jazz and the team. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

Following a breakdown with an electrical fault on my ECU, my car was relayed to Euro Pit in Clacton-on-sea. The problem was identified and repaired within 24hrs. Great friendly service, kept me informed about progress. Highly recommended.

I was greeted by the branch manager John at the Bury St Edmunds branch, nice friendly chap, didn't feed me any b/s and was very efficient.

As it was quiet they got my car in straight away, I was offered a coffee whilst I waited.

John made me feel very welcome and we seemed to hit some common rapport in our conversation, just like my old job in a builders merchant.

Keep up the good work John and my thanks to the team.

New tyres fitted to my 2020 low milage car
Convinced me to have the tracking checked, and low and behold the tracking was out.
Bearing in mind it's a prestige car and always looked after by the main dealer.
The tyres are noisy, I also found that the metal dust caps unique to my car were missing replaced by 4 different cheap plastic caps.
All 4 smoked chrome wheels damaged where the tyres were fitted.
One rear centre cap damaged and cracked and half hanging on.
And to top that my steering shakes over 60 mph.

Wednesday 28th Feb 24 had to have a valve fitted to a caravan spare wheel not fitted to any vehicle fitter told me one minute price £22 all I can say is it is up to you.

Very helpful and friendly. Did their upmost to repair my flat tyre. Fixed it rather than put a new tyre on, saving me any extra costs. Honest and reliable. Thank you Morgan Embery. At Bramford Road Garage, Ipswich.

Recently had brake pads replaced on my car, just found out I was over charged. Work was carried out well but I would suggest getting other quotes first.

Really looked after. The manager, Jemima, is really welcoming and helpful. I just turned up on the off chance of getting my headlamp bulb changed and she got it done immediately - no waiting. Brilliant!!

Called Europit tyres Clacton as i had a flat this morning, Reception staff very friendly and polite, Jack who visited my home to repair / fit 2 new tyres , Very courteous and polite, Thank you for your help, Keep up the good work.

Clacton branch - helpful, knowledgeable, reasonably priced, counter staff were friendly and made a lovely cup of coffee. I was surprised how good this company are! Thought it was going to be a standard tyre company but it was much more than that

From the moment we arrived till we drove off the service and care was first class. Perry the mechanic was affable, knowledgeable and sorted our slow puncture out efficiently and with good humour!

Called at a rival tyre fitters, in Bury St Edmunds, who were too busy to deal with a slowly deflating tyre on my car, and recommended Europit, near by.
After explaining my issue and looking over the tyre, it was highlighted it was 6 years old and cracking.
New tyre on the car in under 30 minutes, with a pot hole warranty.
Great service, great price, happy customer. Will be using them again.

took my disco 2 for an MOT they took it to this garage on their behalf, and failed it i done all the work myself and took it back to be re-MOTD and whilst sitting waiting for the car to be tested the sound of the reving my car was not necessary, the man then drove it out of the garage to test the brakes ridiculously fast to do an emergency stop and the break fluid cable snapped! i was warned not to use this garage, i wouldn't have if i knew the garage i was using subbed it out to theses.

Life is tough enough, but having a garage you can trust definitely makes life easier. Honest, hardworking and will go above and beyond to help their customers, I cannot recommend these guys highly enough.
