Ordered a shirt, they took the money and I have not heard anything from them
Will have to dispute the payment with the credit card company and hopefully get the money back

I use this firm for Pilot uniform shirts. They are superbly made and fit exactly to your measurements. The shirts look really good and last well too.

Just received my latest order from Exact and very delighted with the shirts, as usual. My personal opinion is that their customer liaison and website doesn't do the product justice, however not had too many instances where I've needed to clarify details with them.

I have used Exact Tailoring several times and have noticed a wide variation in the fit of each shirt. I am sure that I am not selecting slim fit but only two shirts that I have ordered come anywhere near to giving a comfortable fit both in the arms and chest. I did check my measurement the last time and when I ordered I asked for the looser fit but heyho they arrived as if I had requested a slim tight fit. It is such a pity as finding someone that is offering custom tailored shirts is very difficult.

I have used Exacttailoring numerous times over the last few years. Each time the shirts have arrived when expected as requested. I can’t fault the service that has been delivered. There’s a good range of fabrics and an increasing number of inclusive design options available.

The quality of their product is excellent and, in my experience, the best of any of the on-line tailors I have tried. For that, I would give them 5 stars. However, the choice of products and materials is very limited, which, for me, brings their rating way down.
