Beware!!!!

Beware!!!!
They are scammers that take your money
and do Not provide the air flight they charge you for!!!! I thought I was booking through
American Airlines until I got my statement!
Excel fares booked only a one way when I was
charged for round trip to Tokyo!
George Brown is deceitful liar and once booked he tells you he will transfer your flight
to get points with American Airlines credit card! Once you get charged 2 times
George Brown and excel fares are never
answer the phone and hang up.
BECAREFUL THEY DON’T REVEAL WHO THEY
ARE AND TAKE YOUR MONEY!!!
Besides putting a dispute on my CC
I am going to make a police report to
EXCELFARE and GEORGE BROWN!

Terrible experience with Monte

Terrible experience with Monte, which I doubt is his real name. Asked him for help rescheduling a flight and he was trying to charge me $400 MORE for EACH TICKET, saying "we can't do anything about the additional charges, that's all on the airline"... So I went through the airline and showed him a screenshot that he was grossly overcharging me and then he changed his tune and said "oh, its easier if you want to book through the website, just give them your voucher number" and indeed they did not charge me anything extra for the tickets. THIEF!!!!

These people are straight up SCAMMERS

These people are straight up SCAMMERS. They confirmed our flight was booked via email months ago and we realized today they never actually booked it. They tried to blame us and say they called to notify (no voicemail or email). The Indian guy on the phone said his name was "Joe Fernandez" and refused to let us speak to his supervisor. We are out hundreds of dollars and now have to rebook our flights last minute. SHAME ON KAYAK.COM FOR LINKING THIS SCAM WEBSITE WITH SUGGESTED AIR FARES.

Not a reputable website, the price they advertise online seems to be great but it’s fake, once you’ve paid for it they will call you saying that the ticket is no longer available and sell you another price another airline and airport total scam ! Scum bags

A total scam

A total scam! Booked tix for a cheap price and got a confirmation. Then they called to try to upsell me and when I wasn’t interested in higher-priced tickets they told me they couldn’t sell tickets at such a low price because they were “losing money.” I said they were advertised at that price and I already paid. When I received no follow-up emails I called the airline directly and found out I wasn’t booked as a passenger. Avoid!!! Pay a little more on a reputable website and avoid having to rebook closer to flight date

Scamy travel agent

We tried to save money by booking through excel fares, what a mistake. They quoted us one price and charge us another. When I called Joseph said, we cannot do a refund “bc that’s not the way our system is set up” and he would give me a voucher for the difference. I said no, so now we’ve been going back and forth for the past 4 weeks around a refund. So scammy… beware

Not What is Cracked Up to Be!

The good reviews written on this site are fake and have been placed by Excelfares. This company registered its website in September of 2022, a bad sign. I was considering booking a flight with an excellent fare of $307 but when I called their number and talked to a representative, the best fare they could give me was $728 and that was with a $30 off coupon for 1st time customer. Based on the bad reviews, this is definitely a scam. Go with the tried and true services, like Expedia, Travelocity, Orbitz or go directly through the airlines. These people will only cause you trouble.

Absolutely horrible

Absolutely horrible, and I’m getting ready to file fraud after given the runaround about my $400+ refund that I still haven’t received over a month later. I received the 6 flights I purchased, however, I was told my refund would be in effect 7-14 business days, and to call back if not received. Nope, then I was told two billing cycles, and to call my bank. Still, nothing from my bank. I was told they’d call back in two business days, and still no call.

Here’s how it works, you purchase the flight, and they call you and tell you that the flight is no longer available, but they have one for a more expensive price. The prices don’t reflect what’s online. When you try to purchase the tickets for that price, they tell you it’s no longer available, but tell you they have something, but it’ll be more expensive. At first, they seemed reliable, but over time, they proved otherwise. As soon as I rebooked the flight at a cheaper price, I was given a call, and told that the previous flight finally went through, I told them I want a refund (same day booked) and given the other price I was quoted. He said that flight was no longer available, so I told them I want to cancel my flights, and now all of a sudden, that cheaper price was honored. Thank you, but no thank you. I’ll be filing fraudulent charges and taking that route to get my money back.
