I placed my order over a month ago…
I placed my order over a month ago after seeing good reviews and only after me asking via email for weeks where my order is and asking for a refund, has it been shipped. It was decided that as there were pre order items that were holding the delivery up, a split shipment would be the best option. After being lied to on several different occasions and the split shipment never happening, I’d had enough and asked for a refund. They answered my email offering me a 35% discount and still going ahead with the split shipment but after thinking about it and being cautious about never receiving the items and accepting a partial refund, I asked them for a full refund. This was days ago and then yesterday, my order shipped minus one item. They ignored my email asking for the refund and sent it anyway. I’ve emailed them again but as of yet had no reply. I really can’t understand the positive reviews as they contradict what the bad ones say. I would 100% avoid this company and if I don’t hear back soon, I will be taking it further.

Ordered an item after seeing loads of…
Ordered an item after seeing lots of social media adverts. After placing the order, something didn’t seem right, so I cancelled it almost immediately. I later checked with PayPal and discovered I had been signed up to a recurring subscription payment, and the money was still taken despite my cancellation.
Things only got worse from there. When a package eventually arrived, it contained just a handful of charms thrown into a box. I ordered over 14 items and only received 4. I provided photos and evidence showing exactly what was missing.
It’s now been weeks and I am still being refused a refund. Customer service keeps offering resolutions that don’t actually address the issue or suit the situation, rather than simply refunding me for the missing items. Every time I think progress is being made, I’m offered another alternative instead of a proper resolution.
Overall, this has been an incredibly frustrating experience. Between the subscription issue, the incomplete order, and the ongoing refusal to refund, I would not order from this company again.

My daughter backpacked through Europe in the summer of 2025, she was fortunate enough to visit 22 countries. Talk about an experience of a lifetime. When I saw an add on Instagram for Exchange Life, I thought it was a great way for my daughter to celebrate each country she went to and to hold on to some memories. She loved this gift, it was for her birthday. I was able to get all of the countries she went to plus a free gift for under $200! I ordered the keychain for all of the charms, it has become a great conversation piece! We also will be adding China to her collection, as that is the next place she will be going to. The quality is good, the customer service is good and I highly recommend Exchange Life!
