Too marks for product and service

Dear Amy. we are sorry to hear your response to expertwhite gels, especially when using the 22% which is the most recommended strength by dentists. If your gums were sore after whitening, it sounds as though you were putting too much gel in your trays and it was pushing out of the trays when placed over teeth. Our instructions recommend wiping excess gel off gum line. With regards to not experiencing any whitening results: There are a few reasons that some people (less than 3%) of people do not experience the whitening results. The intrinsic (inside) part of the tooth has been damaged due to some of the following reasons:
1) Being exposed to tetracycline / antibiotics as a child.
2) Over fluoridated drinking water or over supplementation of fluoride as a child or damage to the tooth.
3) When the teeth are stained early in life, as they are developing in the child, will be harder to remove with any teeth whitening procedure other than successful removing of surface stains .
4) Humans are born with one of 3 natural colors to their teeth. White yellow and gray. Teeth whitening will get teeth white as they can be, but the natural tooth hue will always be there.
We hope you are experiencing results with the removing of surface staining. You are always welcome to return the product for a refund, but will need to request an RMA.
If none of the above are pertain to you, then you should definitely achieve amazing whitening results .The key is to whiten once a day for 5-7 days in succession.
