Really appreciated their free marketing review. Was really helpful and if we could afford it we'd defintely look to work with them.

There is great content on YouTube, but their ad for "free review" is misleading as they declined to do it.

And I know they will probably say in the comments how they can't keep up with all the requests but then don't advertise something you can't deliver. The pitch was not "we might review"; it was "we WILL review." Do better!

I can't believe the amazing content Tim makes on youtube. Sales have increased in the last 6 months because of Exposure Ninja. Thank you SOOO much! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Exposure Ninja are just incredible at what they do. I've been listening to their podcast for weeks and the way they simplify really complex topics is great. They offer so much free advice which really gets you thinking about the opportunities out there for website and digital marketing. I'm so impressed with this refreshing approach. They have 100% turned me into a better marketer as a result and I can't wait to work with them further.

currently have mixed assessment of exposure ninja, i reviewed a free audit which was great, and the youtube videos are also very helpful. Recently I made an enquire about a full SEO package, after my phone call I was advised an in-depth review would be completed to go with the SEO proposal. This was on the 8th August and today - 19 Sept still not heard anything even tho i have tried to chase this up.

As with nearly all of the reviews on here I got the free marketing review which was most helpful.

I then enrolled EN to make a lead magnet for me and they went above an beyond on the magnet itself but I have been having constant problems with the email sequence I also purchased. Despite constantly bringing this to their attention nothing has been done. I've been going around in circles with them to get this fixed.

Then the major problem happened. I paid another 1k with them to get a CRO audit for my website and I felt the information here was good so I paid them 3k+ to get a few things fixed on my website. Then disaster happened.

They have essentially destroyed my site with bad work and design.

Example - for months I have been telling EN my contact page submit button is not working. They said they were fixing it then came back saying this was not something they agreed to fix then they said oh yes we were going to fix this and they have bee going around in circles saying their dev team is looking into it.

This is the same dev team they can figure out how to upload a simple header to my website and its been going on for a long time. I am sick of them saying 'the dev team is looking into it'

Another example is despite giving them my brand guidelines they have not adhered to these and made my site look like a mess design wise.

The work has been full of spelling mistakes, they even spelt the name of my company wrong and put the wrong phone number in the header.

In summary, get the free marketing review as its quite good and the staff member who made this, Nick is excellent but once you have this dont make the same mistake I did and actually buy their service.

Update - since I left my review the company has left the below reply saying I am satisfied. I am not satisfied as not only did I loose a heap of time, they were hard to deal with and I also lost money in the process (I only got a partial refund). If you look at the other responses to low review scores on here you can see how defensive the company is to things like this.

Very useful site breakdown. Clearly a very knowledgeable team and would certainly choose them over other agencies, budget allowing.

I recently asked for site review after watching some videos on YouTube, and I'm so happy I did. The review gave me lots of detailed feedback and pointed out things I could improve on my site. Even if I don't end up using Exposure Ninja's services in the future, the review was super helpful and they really seem to know their stuff!

I recommend their free website review and all of their content. I've taken many classes on SEO and they fill in all the gaps most courses leave "up to the learner". By teaching the principles behind creating thoughtful content with ease and humor...Sorry, humour :P
