It was nice to know you can contact Alan and get a response in a short time. I didn't have a issue with the manual as I thought. I didn't have feature in Adobe reader turned on and Alan explained what I needed to correct Adobe.

I purchased a service manual for a New Holland skid steer and received it very fast, but it was the wrong one. After emailing them to let them know what had happened, I received the correct one within 5 minutes! Great customer service! Would not hesitate to buy again.

Damian Farr here, Initially I had the wrong download that was for my vehicle but wrong year. Fortunately the gentleman I talked to took care of my issue almost immediately. I got the exact information I needed at the price I wanted to pay, in record time. if your time is valuable and you demand your service manuals are Done Right? They are easy to understand, very extensive but also concise and 100% correct. please consider getting it here.

Order ID 6925103989020 (Brian King). I had an issue downloading the manual. I emailed customer support and was immediately given a work-around solution by rep Alan Davis. I later found out that the original problem was actually my browser. As far as the manual itself, I was blown away at the amount of detailed instructions and illustrations. This is definitely worth the money !

I was elated to receive the help I got. Google pointed me to the wrong search link, and Al Davis was able to fix and find the correct manual for my issue. Not only was he thorough, but his communication on the issue was outstanding. I hope to be able to use this company's services again, as they went above other experiences from other sources. I highly recommend this company for manuals and service.

Lots of information in these Manuals. A little tricky learning how to find what you need but it’s all there.

The manual i purchased is a very detailed and thorough breakdown from bumper to bumper covering all aspects from teardown to repair with quick and effortless order and down load of the manual thanks factory

Gives you pretty much everything you need to maintain your vehicle with information from the manufacturer. They also give you an upgrade option to retrieve the document on the cloud for your lifetime, which is a nice little perk for those who might switch devices or lose the file and then need to log back in and download it again in the future.

The only challenge is that the document is HUGE. In my case, over 15k pages long. While you have access to bookmarks that breakdown the vehicle into categories, it's likely going to still take you some time to go through it.

Highly recommend though if you're taking on any maintenance project yourself and would rather rely on the manufacturer over sifting through forums for accurate information.

I purchased a Mercedes manual. It is difficult to use. It does not give you any real useful info. Googling/ChatGPT gives clearer information. You have to download and set up a virtualmachine which I had to spend sometime in finding out what this was and how to set it up. This is not mentioned in the advertisement. Once set up was complete it did not give any real clear tutorial and very difficult to use. Highly advise anyone not to purchase. As a previous review states. The person (had to remove name starting with A) as mentioned in other reviews was not helpful and did not receive a refund as I believe I received a product that was not useful as for the purpose advertised.

The service was spot on. Got me what I needed right away.

They deceptively advertise compatibility with Mac Computers, but only with Macs that were discontinued in 2023 due to Apples decision top no longer use an INTEL chip. They refuse to offer a refund.

Replied promptly to questions. Never got asked for VIN etc and didn’t seem necessary.

Auto repair manual download for sale. That sounds convenient right? Well, don't buy it from factorymanuals.net because they will send a link to Dropbox (requires sign-up and pay a monthly fee) to view the manual. What a scam!

was told all elect schematics were included.
There was no mention of the security system that this car has in reguards to starting the car. eg. amplified signal to a sceam box that then notifies other components to enable to crank and start. It had lost her brains, and the fob would not send the signal to the other places to start vehicle. This is the reason that I purchase... Wanted to do a work around so the key would just turn to start position, crank and start my car. This system is only found in the chrysler crossfire. I can find nobody to reprogram the 3 or 4 parts to enable the system...
Other wise I would give a 5 star plus...

purchased the manual and it's not a repair manual its more of a service/maintenance book Don't waste your money if you are looking for a diagnostic manual
