Requested order cancellation minutes after purchase and the vendor refused. Please be advised that this company has an obfuscated refund policy - they request your VIN number after you purchase which voids any opportunity for a refund.

Price was right and it helped me solve a nagging problem in German car. I had used Alldata for years but it priced me out. Also, I had an issue downloading and Customer Service has very helpful in fixing it for me. I will buy another manual in the future

I experienced some difficulty getting the manual to download onto my computer. I had already successfully downloaded it to my phone. After several attempts, I was locked out. I emailed my frustrations to Alan at Factory Manuals. He reset my link and I successfully downloaded my manual to my computer. My problem turned out to be Adobe Reader related, not the Factory Manuals program. Thanks so much for helping me out. Great service.

Scam. Charged for a manual, wasn't able to download it, customer service only offered store credit.

I had a couple of issues getting the manual and requested help. Alan responded for each request for help within a few hours with positive information.
We addressed each issue quickly and now I have the manual I needed.

Easy to find the correct manual I was looking for on the site. Ordering was kinda smooth also. For some reason one of the options to pay by Apple Pay would not work. So, I paid with a debit/credit card (master card). I received an email with the download link and downloaded the file. It did take sometime for it to complete and when I opened the file/manual I saw why it was way over 1 Gig. This manual is for a Ford that is one year old and it has all kinds of information and instructions on the maintenance of the vehicle. It is complete with diagrams the manufacturer uses with their techs. Very happy with my purchase. My order number is: 6466833318172

The manual for my 2023 Silverado is exactly what I wanted. It is comprehensive, complete and includes wiring diagrams. Manual was divided into 4 large pdf files and I used Foxit to read them. Foxit seems much faster the adobe but it might be my PC. The manual covers the entire truck and accessories. Also includes bulletins from GM about specific problem areas. Manual has bookmarked sections for each area. The online directions were accurate and easy to follow although I used 7zip to unpack the download (it's free). This is the manual you want for your vehicle.
