I was having trouble downloading my manual. I intended to download load it to my laptop instead of my phone. I had waited until it was updated then attempted the download, but it would not download.I sent an email to the administrator address and, yes, 21 minutes later, James had responded with a solution to my issue. Alan has followed up with several emails to assist in setting up my manual and offer any other assistance that I might need. Great customer service. GREAT response time. Very pleased with my purchase and their assistance.

Order #21726. Needed a repair and service manual for my 2007 vehicle. Replacing A/C compressor, Oil Cooler lines, Steering column UV joint boot, etc. Ebay has some downloadable PDFs or a USB/CD/DVD. I have done those in the past and HATE using them. I also didn't want to pay for a monthly subscription to a website to view the manuals online. This product runs in a virtual machine on my desktop. Everything worked perfectly and the instructions were bullet proof. I OWN this now and can use it forever.

I ordered a manual online and my computer was not cooperating with the download file. It had me so stressed that I was pulling my hair out until I reached out to customer service and I was assisted by Alan Davis who took the time to walk me through the process step by step. With his help I was able to solve the problem and I now have access to the manual so I can repair my own vehicle rather than being taken advantage of by my local European import repair shops.

I purchase a manual for 2015 BMW z4. For the price on the website you will get a software file called OVA, you’ll need to download VirtualBox and the file through Dropbox then load that file accordingly into VirtualBox to be able to open and browse the manual. The problem is that you can’t download the OVA file completely, it will be interrupted and you have to start over again failing all the time. After seven attempts to download, and ten attempts to correct through customer service, the company refused to refund my purchase though the product was totally useless to me.

UPDATED: The merchant has reconsidered my position and issued a refund, which is/was fair given the circumstances.

It is rare that I find myself writing a negative review, especially for a $24 purchase, however I would strongly recommend that you consider carefully before you purchase a digital manual from this site.
For most of us, digital means .pdf, .xls or .doc. What I found out AFTERWARDS, was that the file was .Rtf with which I was not familiar with. The instructions to download were complicated and not suitable for casual computer user.
I never attempted to download the actual file, as I knew the instructions were beyond my ability to mange, and contacted the firm the next day to cancel the order.
A flat NO.
This company should more clearly explain the download process and indicate that the files are .Rtp, not the standard .pdf, .xls or .doc.

Purchasing anything online is spooky. For this reason, I asked several questions just to see if I would get a response. Passing that test, I purchased a manual, and received download info almost immediately. I could not be more pleased, and I will use them again should I need more tech manuals.

Had an issue with using software initially. Found out there was nothing wrong with the software but a setting in my computer bios. Alan from Factory Manual support replied promptly with resolving my issue.

Very thorough manuals. The one I ordered for my Jetta was almost 20k pages long. Not all the sections are indexed, so keep looking if you don't find what you're looking for. I ordered specifically for the wiring diagrams, which were all present. Customer support was quick to answer my question, and at their low prices it's a big plus that they even provide support!
