I purchased a manual that I never received. When I Filed a claim with PayPal they told me they would never give me a refund as long as PayPal was in the process. Basically leveraging my money to take away any protections I may have, of course I refused.

The new model for car manufacturers is to provide subscription based service manuals. While I understand the advantage of the manuals being updated regularly that's unpractical and pricy (by design I guess). I initially went to the MOPAR TSP to build my manual. It took me a very long time (Stellantis does it on purpose) and I ended up missing quite a few critical pages at the end. I decided to give factorymanuals.net a shot. Really not much to lose. That's for twice what I paid for 24H of access to the MOPAR portal. I receive a complete and indexed manual in minutes. Now, the manual they sent me was for the wrong engine. I emailed and they quickly replied and sent me a new link with the correct engine this time. I was curious and spot checked the factorymanuals.net manual against the MOPAR manual I started compiling. This is the real deal. This is the genuine Stellantis factory service manual. I like to work on my cars and I'm super happy to have the complete factory service manual for my new Jeep. It was important to me to have full wiring diagrams of the vehicle I was working on. I wrote and asked before purchasing the shop manual to be sure. As it turned out, Hyundai had a separate ETM manual in which FactoryManuals sent and gave me the manual for no charge!!

Excellent organization to work with. I like to work on my own vehicles, do not trust most dealerships these days and have been looking for a service manual for two of my vehicles with no success unless I wanted to pay a subscription with Hyundai.
I came across Factory manuals and saw that they offered what appeared to be a solid and detailed manual for my vehicles, but I was hesitant to plug the trigger.
I will say what a great company to work with. I sent support a list of questions I had about the product, before I made the purchase and within a very respectable time, I received a response/answer to my questions along with a sample of what the manuals looked like.

I received my copy of the Tech Manual from FactoryManuals for my 2020 Cadllac CT6, 2 days after ordering. Very prompt. After a bit of assistance from their supporty team I figued how to use the pdf Bookmarks and simple to find the area I want.

The manual is hearly 23,000 pages long, 1.3GB.

They also send a copy of Auto Repair Basics which I have looked at briefly (350 pages).

I was suprised how copmplete the Tech Manual is and first topic I reviewd is brake pad replacement and the second was infra Red night vision system. Very thorough on a very specific rarely needed topic.

It was a nice experience to purchase this Factory Manual with step-by-step instruction an successfully complete the purchased goal.

Very short response time from purchase to download (Order #17400)... which went flawlessly. I had some problems at first with the PDF manual; the application responded verrry slowly through scrolling and searches. I reached out to FactoryManuals, and Alan came back within 5 minutes to bail me out! Users, be sure to load in the correct PDF app that FM recommends! After the PDFXchange all is well....and the Manual's content is Excellent!

I bought a Mercedes s550 manual and you will think it’s a PDF but it’s NOT, the PDF cost $100. For the price on the website you will get a shitty “software” 28 GB file called OVA, you’ll need to download VirtualBox and the file through Dropbox then load that file accordingly into VirtualBox to be able to open and browse the manual. The problem is that you can’t download the OVA file completely, it will be interrupted and you have to start over again failing all the time. These people are SCAMMERS I advise you to stay away from FactoryManuals.net

Even they didn't have the one I ordered, the whole team provided a very professional service: quick response, clear solution, and easy to communicate. Highly recommend!
