Speedy and fair price

I enquired about a booking at 11pm and my appointment was confirmed just gone midnight saying Steve would visit between 9 and 11am the following morning. At 9am Steve rang to let me know the time he would come. He was polite, tidy and turned up on time up on time. He did a great job explaining what he was doing and fixed my boiler. Would recommend and use again.

How do I give 6 stars?!

The service was fantastic. Booked at 11am and arrived at around 1:30pm the same day to fix a boiler that kept shutting off. Talked us through exactly what he was doing in language we understood. Not only did he fix that, he also managed to fix our blocked drain (which he wasn't paid to fix - we had already had two plumbers around who couldn't get that one over the line!). Very friendly too.

Tyrone was brilliant

Tyrone was brilliant, very helpful & efficient and completed the job super quick. Would definitely use again and great to find a service you can trust.

Great company

Great company, didn't have any issues and the repair man, Mustafa Mohamud, he was quick to spot the problem and fixed it without faffing!!!! Really recommend Fair fix!!!!!

Good service and value for money

It took a while for the text confirmation to come through but Steve out maintenance technician arrived in good time and carried out the boiler fix required.
A great service for the price, considering some of the quotes received for a Sunday out of hours call out!
Would use again.

Great experience when we had a broken…

Great experience when we had a broken boiler over the Christmas break - fixed within 24 hours + sourced the broken part. Tyrone was great, super helpful, friendly and knew what he was doing. Everything, including booking, payment and communication was digital and worked smoothly. If only dealings with all companies were this easy.

Ty was absolutely brilliant

Ty was absolutely brilliant. He identified the issue(s), explained what was wrong (I think I've learned more about boilers from Ty in the past few days than in the past 26 years) and fixed the problem. Thanks Ty!

Great service

Great service, Steve was amazing, hard working and determined to rectify the problems and the best part was the parts where cheaper then if you would get it from somewhere else, also he came during covid times, as no one on the household had hot water or heating just in time for Christmas.
So very much greatful.
Will recommend your service to others if sometime like this to happen to someone in desperate situation.
Well done keep up the good work.

Boiler went

Friday mid-morning our boiler blew. I had called another company who turned up but couldn't repair it until Monday.( I'll hold back their name to protect their lack of customer-service ). Faced with two cold winter days with no heating or hot water. And an ill wife. I phoned around and luckily for us found Fair Fix - I won’t make that mistake again. I'll go straight there!
Napoleon came, saw, came back the next morning with new part and conquered our misfortune.
At times like these what you really need is a committed, consummate and considerate professional- in our experience Fair Fix were all of that and you can't say Fair-er (Fix) than that.

Avoid at all cost, they will never turn up!

I really don't not know where all there positive reviews come from. Booked an appointment yesterday for 1 pm. Waited for the confirmation txt/email. When it turned 12:30 I called the company finding out about my confirmation. I have been told that the engineer will still contact me to let me know if the appointment goes ahead. Nothing! At 2 pm I called again finding out what happens. Being told again that the engineer will call me. At 3 pm called again to find out and sand answer. I said that the appointment was booked for two hours ago. They still reassured me that the engineer will still call me. At this point I received the booking confirmation which was hours earlier to take place. At 5 pm I called again and being told the same thing. But now I was asked the name of the engineer. I said that there is no name on the booking confirmation. I being told that I am lying. So I asked for the company email address to forward my confirmation. Now I have been told that the company has no email address. My friend who listened had an outburst of laughter st this. Again same rubbish of the engineer will contact me. It's now a day later and the same answer. I am freezing in winter and have no hot water either! This is the worst company I have ever seen with the most horrible customer service. Promises and no engineers. Appointment booking system and no appointments. I will be a skeleton waiting for them if I trust that they ever will come! So their promises of low cost means nothing as they will never come to you! Very annoyed as I wasted my time and very disappointed. Now is weekend and the charges of any engineer will be double and next week is Christmas where the costs will triple! This means thank because of them, I am ending up without heat and water over Christmas! Avoid st all cost! The reviews here are fake, I can promise you! Since I cannot comment on your reply, I ad it here. I have not have had any missed calls nor did you call me. You do have my correct number and it was confirmed by six different receptionists. I have a witness for that be sure I was at my friends flat and had the calls on speaker. No email was sent either apart from the one confirming my booking. I can prove this to you. Everything I stated here is true. Don't lie here because if it comes to it, I can promise you I can prove everything including the phone company. Maybe you should sort out your reception staff as somewhere is something going wrong in your company!

Christina we sent you several emails and called you multiple time but you did not answer. your job had not been accepted by a local engineer so was not confirmed. Bookings are not confirmed until an engineer accepts the job as detailed on our web site.

Nothing is going wrong your job was not accepted by an engineer so was not confirmed at all.
