Used to be a supportive customer but recently my order was never completed months later and their customer service never responded to any of my repeated attempts at communication. Finding out this is not an isolated incident and many others are experiencing the same situation, so unsure if my order will ever get resolved. Do not give this company your money or business anymore.

Scam website- no communication, no products shipped after a month, have to chargeback to get your money

Quality decals that truly stand out have always been a mission for me. I recently ordered custom waterslide decals for my Warhammer army, and the experience was nothing short of AMAZING!

When the decals arrived, I was blown away by the quality. The printing was crystal clear, and the colours were exactly as I had envisioned them. The final look of my army with these decals was stunning, and it caught the eyes of fellow gamers at our last meetup.

I've never ordered custom decals before now. So the customer service at Fallout Hobbies also deserves a mention. They were prompt in answering my questions and provided excellent advice on how to best apply the decals.

The order arrived on time and was well-packaged, ensuring everything was in perfect condition. Overall, I highly recommend Fallout Hobbies to anyone looking to customize their Warhammer models. Their product quality, customer service, and user experience are brilliant. I'm already planning my next project and purchase from them!

Then this company is for you! Worst experience of buying online I've ever experienced, luckily my bank is happy to get my money back for me since this company has been flagged several times for similar issues.

It took almost 1 month since I ordered some decals until they arrived at my home in Mexico. They have a great quality, and the package was in good shape. I was afraid it was a fraud, based on the great number of bad reviews I've seen on the internet. But since I'm happy with my order, maybe next time i'll order something for my Iron Hands. I really wish they improve their shipment times.

Don’t order from them. They used to be great but I ordered some stencils and never even received them. Sent multiple emails with zero reply.

I've made an order for some transfer sheets and after the first email of confirm (april 30th) I've got no more communications.
After 3 weeks I've tried to contact them by email on different address but with no results. (During that days, on their website, a disclaimer says they got some problems processing orders)
Reading the reviews here on trustpilot I've think I've already lost my money but suddenly (on july 30th) I received my order's delivery confirmation.
Today I finally got my order and the quality is really good (compared to other transfer sheets I've buoght elsewere).
Five stars just to report the site was not a fraud and for the high quality of products.
Probably should rate them a little worst due the lack of information and the poor customer care.

I placed and paid my order (9092) on February, 9th,
Payment and confrimation were regular. After that.. nothing more. My only regret is not to have paid through paypal, so probably my mondey is simplyo lost.

Either a scam or defunct. Made an order 2 months ago and have yet to hear back from them at all. Avoid like the plague

Absolutely shocking customer service, been waiting for more than 6 months for my order, and no responses for past 3 months of trying to get in contact.
Don't use this company or its other compagny chapter customizer.

Currently painting Harliquins so I needed some diamond stencils. They take forever to ship. I mean months before they get it in the mail. Once I got them most of the diamonds were bent

The company is either fraudulent or defunct. Placed an order on Nov 29th. Received no communication afterward other than the initial "Order accepted" mail.

Chased for an update on 18th Jan, 27th Jan and 3rd Feb. Last message was sent through Paypal. Fallout Hobbies did not respond to any email or to the Paypal case.

Escalated to an "Item not received" case and claimed my money back through Paypal.

Don't waste your time and money, stay well clear

Not a company, criminals who take peoples money and provide no service.

Ordered transfers from them 3 months ago. Have received nothing. They have not responded to my many inquiries. They appear to have stolen my money and disappeared. They are a fraud as far as I am concerned.

I placed my order at the start of July, and have just now received it 4 months later.

I initially queried the late delivery 1 month after placing my order, and received a generic reply that stated a lead time that contradicted the dates on the website.

After another month, I queried again, and received an actual reply that said they had received payment, but hadn't see it go through and so had not started fulfilling the order. They said the order would be completed the following week.

After another month I queried again and was told they would make sure the order ships after the weekend. 1 month later, I received the order.

The actual product is acceptable. It is a genuine waterslide decal sheet, although the individual decals all share the same clear border - they will need to be cut very precisely in order to avoid a large silvered border around each decal. This is acceptable for the relatively low price, but is absolutely not worth the bother of repeatedly chasing for delivery.

Still zero progress on My order 8411 placed on chapter costumizer CC... im directed to this Facebook page, when clicking on the icon on the CC page, so the business must be Linked together... it was ordered way back beginning of september and when checking order status its not Even in production yet... what kind of way is that to try and run a business toward your customers... I have recieved an answer back on email saying you will put My order in production and update the order status.. but still nothing happens...

Ordered stencils months ago, they billed me and still have not sent anything. They have essentially stolen from me.

Used their company in the past with no problems. This time I ordered several products and custom stencils. I was patient, I know what it’s like to be under the gun and I was willing to work with them. But after nearly 3 months of constant promises that my product was coming, they stopped returning my messages. Over a couple different emails and the messenger feature on their page. Looks like I’ll have to go to PayPal and my bank to get a refund. Would not recommend.

5+ weeks to hear back from them for stencils, giving up on the order. I've ordered from them once in the past for custom transfers, with no problems, but this stencil I've ordered from them has taken too long to ship with no response from them. I guess I'll have to stop recommending them as a good resource for hobby supplies.

Complained about order taking ages replying to a generic news letter email.

They cancelled my order and emailed me to say that my order has been resolved (by cancelling it) . I went to reorder and they flagged my account as fraud

Petty and pathetic, would not recommend.

Hobby is meant to be fun. The Tau stencils would have looked great on my models.
