I had ornaments made
I had ornaments made. I received them and I was a tad disappointed. The photo I uploaded printed dark and not so clear. The design I chose looks beautiful. If the ornament could have been just a little bit bigger that would also be nice. They were packaged very well. I received all 12 I ordered with no damage.

Don't plan on receiving your item when expected.
According to the shipping schedule on your website, I should be receiving my purchase anytime now. Instead, it is showing that a label has been created but the USPS has not received the item to actually ship out. I am extremely unhappy and wish that I had done some better research before placing an order. This is absolutely ridiculous.

We would like to clarify some points regarding your order. We have made your order and sent the package on September 25. USPS often is slow to scan the package and update the status of the order on their system although the order is actually in transit. We also worked with our carrier in this matter to find the best way to improve the tracking link service.
Your order was placed on September 21 and we have a shipping policy for the Round Sign with Standard Shipping. The timeframe is about 6 - 12 business days and we are still following up on this. Great product, horrible timeliness.
The product is wonderful and exactly what I wanted for my wife's and my 20th Anniversary. I placed the order on August 23 and only received it today on the 13th of September. I paid for faster shipping in order to receive it by September 6th. The tracking was useless. I checked several times everyday. The tracking said it was always in Corona California. And that it had never been turned over to the shipper. Then, all of a sudden, it is delivered today.
The timeliness was horrible, but the product is amazing, and my wife loves it!!

According to our policy, it will take 2-3 business days to process your order and 6-12 business days for your order to be shipped. Our carrier partner is USPS and their tracking link is usually slow to be updated. We will work with our carrier in this matter to improve it in the future.

Was incredibly pleased with my purchase. I was emailed from the company when they were concerned about the quality of my picture that I submitted which shows that they care about the final product they send out. It did take a little longer than I thought that it would but it was WELL WORTH the wait for such a personalized piece. I don't normally don't highly recommend any company but from my experience with them, I will for SURE order again from them and refer them to my family and friends. Completely satisfied overall!
