Great Customer Service

I have Fanatec Pedals V3 which are now out of warranty. Recently I made throttle pedal maintenance and one of small bolt and socket damaged. I needed a replacement, but it wasn't available on website. I sent a question to Fanatec.
Next working day Juan Martin from Customer Service send message and requested some more details and photos. About a week later I got information that the part will be sent from workshop and got package tracking number.

Everything went smoothly (~2 weeks since first message) and free of charge (even if item wasn't on warranty).

I had an excellent experience with…

I had an excellent experience with Fanatec support.

I contacted them regarding a damaged USB Type-C port on my CSL DD base, which I had purchased second-hand. Even though my case was outside of warranty, Chris Schulze from the technical support team went above and beyond to help me.

He offered to send me a replacement motherboard completely free of charge, along with clear instructions to perform the repair myself. This level of support was truly unexpected and very much appreciated.

Fanatec is a brand I genuinely care about, and this experience only reinforced my trust in their products and customer service.

A big thank you to Chris for his professionalism, kindness, and outstanding support.

Absolute Junk sold at a premium.

Absolute Junk sold at a premium. The only positive reviews they have are about replacing the faulty equipment. thats literally there whole stock, faulty junk. please take my advise and avoid Fanatec. they are a scam and absolute junk

i have spent close to $4000 on there defunct equipment. the downshifter wasnt even in its housing. when i messaged them saying the downshift isnt working they assured me it was iracing not them. i told them on the fanatec software i can see my upshift input but never for a downshift. they told me nah thats how it is.

i had to rebind downshift to a button. i eventually took the wheel appart and the whole thing is cheap plastic thats is glued and tapeed and broken on arrival. i spend another 1000$ on a new wheel and the new one is more plastic and cheaper. if feels like it will snap.

there support is ai

they arent in stores to make returning as painful as possible.

if you buy from them they wont ship until almost a week later and will send you some cheap junk.

Avoid at all costs. eveery Fanatec sim racer is having major problems everyday.

Never heard a Moza user say anything bad about Moza. ive never heard a fanatec user say there product is worth it.

they are an absolute scam.

there software never works. full of bugs cant recognize your wheel being plugged in

brake randomly comes on mid race. same as the clutch. shifters aree inconsistent.

literally the whole 2 products have been nothing short of absolute junk

I bought a DD PRO 5Nm set in a trip to…

I bought a DD PRO 5Nm set in a trip to Europe in july/2025 and the wheel came with software issues (or something like that). Unfortunatelly I live in Brazil, which makes replacements much more difficult to be done. At the first contact with FANATEC, I was informed that I should send the complete combo (pedals, wheel base and wheel) back to Europe. This was almost impossible due to freight costs and brazilian customs issues. After a second attempt few months latter, FANATEC sent me a UPS label saying I could send only the defective part back. Even they sent the replacement to the same original delivery adress in Europe, now I have a brand new wheel. I also would like to thank Mr. Victor, the attendant that sent the UPS label and made things easier than the first attendant.

bought refurbished wheel came and…

bought refurbished wheel came and looked exceptional. Couldn't tell it was refurbished. They could have sold it as new and it looked like it was. The only thing is it didn't come with QR2 wheel side mounting bolts but emailed customer service and they sent them right away looks great. Exceptional 5.0 stars

Excellent Customer Service - Special thanks to Caolan!

I recently bought some products from Fanatec, and right after my purchase, a big discount started. I contacted customer service to see if they could help with the price difference.

A representative named Caolan handled my request very professionally and quickly. They approved a 40 EUR refund for the price difference without any trouble. This kind of fair and fast customer support is rare these days.

Because of this great experience and Caolan’s help, I will definitely choose Fanatec for all my future simulation needs. Highly recommended!

My first DD+ was not working.

My first DD+ was not working.
With the help of Customer service we tried to solve the issue without success.
Within a week the DD+ was sent back and a new one was home and this time working perfect.

Customer service super efficient

I had a problem on my CSL pedals, made tickets and wait a few days. And then I contacted Brandon that solve it quickly, he made the intermediate with the technical support, they found a fast solution, and within a few days they send me the spare I needed. Very professional, fast and efficient, i can just thank Brandon and Juan(tech support) for their handling of the situation, you’re amazing guys! Fanatec customer service at his best!
