Excellent support from Chris at fanatec. I bought a fanatec wheel base, pedals and wheel to my son for Christmas. It worked perfectly until I managed to pull too much on one of the cables which pulled a socket from its right position. Fanatec replaced it all under warranty, excellent service and a great product too!

The Service from Fanatec has been shocking! I cannot believe how I keep chasing up and keep getting told you guys don't know whats going on.
It's been months since a ticket was opened and the Shifter faulty device was sent back to Fanatec.
Now I have no choice to post complaints on the Consumer forums, Social media and am forced to take legal action get this further escalated.
It seems this is the path Fanatec wasnts customers to resort to.
I've asked for this to be escalated, and nothing has been done. It's utterly disgraceful.

I had a problem with my steering wheel and with base unit. With their expert knowledge Mr. Chris found a problem which I was not seeing at first. With his guidance, he provided help and spare parts to fix my wheel and wheel base. From my point of view this is how all after sales support should look like. I will recommend Fanatec to others. I just hope they will if needed, help others as they did to me.

This company is a joke. Ordered a simple cable, a month later the ordered hasn't even been prepared (per their order tracking system). Sent them an email 2 weeks ago to see what's going on, never bothered to respond. Trying to find a customer phone number, the only number I found in the US does not work. What the F!

I’d love to review the product, but I’m currently staring at an empty spot where my child's birthday present should be. Despite a two-week lead time on an in-stock item, the dispatch process has been a comedy of errors. After a week of silence and a follow-up on my part, I was told the delivery would miss the birthday entirely. Now, the order is arriving in fragmented shipments, making the whole experience feel less like a gift and more like a logistics puzzle. Fast customer service response, but unfortunately, you can’t blow candles out on an email.
