While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

To protect platform integrity, every review on our platform—verified or not—is screened by our 24/7 automated software. Written by the company

A very different kind of conveyancing law firm, we are backed by a leading real estate technology company that powers hundreds of thousands of property transactions every year. We put that technology to work, end-to-end, across the conveyancing journey — so the work that normally happens after you instruct, we've already started. Regulated by the CLC, the specialist property regulator, we currently work with sellers of residential property in England and Wales. Here's what to expect when you sell your home with us. When you come to us for a quote, our technology starts reviewing the official records about your home before we send it. So your quote arrives knowing your property — fixed, transparent and built on what we actually know, not a template. No forms to fill out, no questions to answer first. Within days of instruction, you'll receive a Sale Ready Report: a jargon-free review of your Land Registry record, the terms of your lease (if you have one), planning history and anything else important. It flags what we need to confirm now and the points the buyer's lawyer is likely to ask about — so we can deal with them up front, not when it's too late. When you need to reach us, we're a WhatsApp message or phone call away. Conveyancing with the lights on — switched-on lawyers using AI-powered technology to keep everything crystal clear and everyone up to speed, so your sale moves faster. We're working with a small number of clients to begin with, going above and beyond to impress every one of them. If your sale falls through, you can come back to us within six months without paying anything more. We call it our Second Chance Guarantee. Selling your home? Make the move. Visit farringdon.com

I’m currently in the process of selling…

I’m currently in the process of selling my property, and although we’re still in the early stages, the experience so far has been great. I’ve been assigned a dedicated solicitor, and the communication and responsiveness have been outstanding from the start. So far, the whole process has felt professional, organised, and far less stressful than expected.
