Bad quality, scammy customers service on returns, badly programmed website
Bought a pair of leather boots in one of Feetfirst's dinsko physical stores. Every 1-2 weeks of careful use something fell apart on the shoes. After only 2 months of infrequent use half the sole of one shoe fell off and I could see the inside was literally just a piece of thick paper glued on to the rest... When asking for a refund the store told me it was my fault for not putting their product on the OUTSIDE leather, that is why the BOTTOM of the shoe fell off, when obviously it was bad production, sewing and gluing... Dreadful quality of some shoes and you get scammed when your shoe falls apart and ask for a refund.
On the Feetfirst website the page indicates there are certain sizes available in stores, but when you open the list there is nothing available anywhere.
Terribly run webpage that shows wrong information about product availability on many listings.
The other shoe store under Feetfirst is Skopunkten, which is full of plastic and rubber Chinese junk shoes.
I used 4 pairs of their shoes, 3 of them all cracked apart on the sole after just 1-2 months of use, but at least I could get a new pair or a refund.
4th pair also came apart after 2 months.
Horribly bad quality Chinese junk shoes that are sold for a much higher price than what they are worth. At least employees at the stores were kind and helpful and did not try to scam me on returns.
