Scam business-buyer beware

No need to repeat my complaint as it’s the same as everyone else her. If not for having my Facebook comments deleted and being blocked from messaging them, I would have assumed not a single person worked here as I have been ghosted by them since placing my order. I think they count on being an adult sex shop as being a deterrent to lodging complaints, but I have reported them to ACCC nonetheless. While they may have been a legit business once, that is certainly not the case anymore. Disgraceful behaviour from Femplay. It appears that they are nothing more than a scam now so I have also reported to scamwatch. I am awaiting a refund from PayPal. And if Femplay to bother to read this and say I’m not a verified customer don’t believe them. It seems they can make the effort to check if a trust pilot user name matches a customer’s order name in order to call them a liar, but they can’t be bothered to to answer a single enquiry, only supports my view that they are scammers.

Update - PayPal refunded my purchase as Femplay failed to respond to any requests for information from them also.

Scam Company Do Not Buy From Them .

I placed an order for 2 items on the 3/07/2024 .
It is now 16/ 07/2024 and have had zero response from femplay regarding my order. #1000135470

I have Emailed them multiple times both through the
"contact us " section of their website and also direct email regarding the status of my order .... zero response .

I am currently going through the process with my bank to get the money back , but the fraud / refund process takes time.

Please do not buy from Femplay , I will be doing my best to warn others of this also.

DO NOT BUY FROM FEMPLAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Placed an order on 20th June 2024 and hadn’t received it by 28th so contacted the company and got the usual we will chase it up line and they refunded me the express post fee. I contacted them again on 1 July and again on the 9 July and again today (15 July) requesting a refund of $150ish. No response at all and their phone lines are still not functioning. If there was a minus score to give that’s what I would be rating my experience. If by any chance the situation changes I will adjust the stars. WORST COMPANY EVER!!! Order 1000135333.

I ordered Product off them and never Heard anything until I had to email them

I ordered a product and I never received a product and I never received an email. I never received a tracking number either . I never received nothing but they took my money.
I never looked at the reviews before I ordered and that was my fault because I should’ve looked at the reviews and I would never of ordered if I knew the company was this bad
Do not order from this company until they lift their game
I ended up putting a case in with PayPal to get my money back and I received my money back from PayPal not from them
So I feel sorry for the people that pay them and are waiting for a refund because of their bad service

Slow and poor communication

Placed my order on 5/6/24, money was taken and an email of confirmation was sent and said my item would be shipped the next day at the latest.

A week later I’d heard nothing and received no tracking. I emailed multiple times, finally got a response saying they’d check the tracking to see what had happened. I responded asking for the tracking no. but heard nothing back.

Finally I’d had enough and lodged with PayPal. After no response there a week later I escalated for PayPal to intervene and force a refund. Shortly after that they shipped and sent me a tracking no. through PayPal.

I’ve been buying from these guys for 17 years and they’ve always been excellent. I don’t know what is going on now, but they’re not reliable and I wouldn’t recommend purchasing through them atm. I can deal with delays, but the lack of communication and honesty is not okay.

Added a star as I did receive my product.

no communication

I ordered a product on the 12/06/24 and I’ve sent multiple emails wondering when I would get the shipping information as I was told it would take 24 hours at a maximum and after sending multiple emails and calling numerous they have not gotten back to me. It’s honestly so frustrating when they just won’t respond to any of my emails

Very Disappointed

Same as everyone else. Order placed (6/6), money taken, and then nothing. Multiple emails ignored and their phone doesn't work. Very disappointed as I've ordered from them multiple times in the past (years ago) with no issue.
Do not order from them. Go somewhere else. I know I will from now on.

Update 24/6: After sending another email I finally received a response. No answer as to where or what is happening with my order, but I will say I'm impressed with the honest acknowledgement of fault. I'll adjust my rating once I receive information about my order.

A total mess

I ordered a nearly $200 product a month ago. I have not received it despite having been told several times it is on its way. Each new date I've been given has passed without delivery. I have never received proof it was shipped.

My request for a refund has been repeatedly denied. I keep getting excuses and clearly blatant lies about the item being shipped.

Edited to add: I have finally had a refund processed. It took a lot of back and forth and is nearly a month since ordering the product, but they did eventually do it. I have added another star to reflect this.

Sadly it is not the business it used to…

Sadly it is not the business it used to be.
Ordered and paid for two items and the express shipping, but only one of them arrived. No replies on three emails, phone line is not functional, impossible to get in touch to figure out what's happened. Looks like there is no way but initiate a charge-back.

Edit: finally got a reply yesterday 19 Jun that my order should have been delivered. Well, yes it was delivered - but only one half of it has arrived, not everything that was paid for!. The cost of express shipping was refunded. I've sent another 2 follow-up emails and reiterated my issue: I wonder if my emails are being read at all?

Another update: I finally got Charlie on the other end of email chain attending to my case, and he seems to be genuinely interested in helping me to resolve the issue - the fact that the order has been shipped only partially has been acknowledged (each part of the order was to be sent from its own distinct warehouse), and I am now waiting for the tracking information for the second item. Hopeful it's just a hiccup with the ordering system.

Final update: Charlie seems to have disappeared off the grid, and there has been a deafening silence since last week. No replies were sent to my further correspondence. I guess this is it and my first assumption was correct: the company has gone into a downward spiral in terms of their customer service and I would caution anyone buying stuff off their websites. It's a very sad state of affairs indeed.

Another update after reply from the customer service was posted here: there was one more set of to-and-fro email exchange after which it was agreed to refund the non-delivered item and then... silence. And now it seems like the website is down and phone lines are completely disconnected. I guess the business is closed and all staff is gone. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Eventually got in contact with Angelique and she helped me with walking through the refund process outside the normal process.

Still waiting for refund

Still waiting for my refund have sent many emails asking what’s going on with my refund ? I haven’t had a return email or any contact from them when they admitted they stuffed up sort my refund out instead of hiding and not fixing the refund up not happy with service at all

Order not received, no communication

Made an order via PayPal on the 14th of May. No communication, no tracking information, and no answer via their website. Phone number doesn't appear to work.

Hoping for a response shortly or will have to dispute with PayPal and request refund.

Suspected scam site

Not happy. I ordered my product on the 23/05/2024 and have not received any tracking information as of 11/6/2024. I've emailed, called, reached out on social media and received no response. Eventually I did get a response email, discount code and apology, but still haven't received my order or even a tracking number on an order worth several hundred dollars. Beginning to think this is a scam website. DO NOT purchase anything from them.

No tracking number and very bad customer service

Date - 30/5/2024

I had ordered multiple items from the website. They provided me with just one tracking number. Upon getting my parcel, I realized that only certain small value items were delivered and the most expensive toy was missing.

I contacted customer service upon which I received an answer stating that my toy was shipped via Melbourne in a separate package. I asked for a tracking number and got 0 response. I kept following up each and every day on email but in vain. I tried calling the customer service numbers but none of them worked.

So all the information I have is that the item was shipped from their Melbourne warehouse and 0 information about tracking ID - which is the most vital part of the information.

After getting tired of following up, I came here to post in hope to get some kind of solution to my grievance. Will update my review if I get any help from their customer service.

Date - 3/6/2024

I got a reply here from their customer service asking me to email them. I just wrote above that I have already sent multiple emails and have received 0 response. I have called multiple times but the lines are always busy.

Date - 17/06/2024

Still Nothing from customer service except explaining that they have had issues - Issues with phone and delivery that they haven't sorted in over 1 month, which is ridiculous.

They will tell you that they are having issues but wont tell you the shipping number or provide you with a refund. They dont reply to emails, their phones do not work at all and there is 0 effort from their side to help out their customers.

Never buy from these guys. I would suggest Lovehoney or Wildsecrets is much much better with incredible service. This has been the worst retail experience I have ever had in my life. Feels like I got duped of hundreads of dollars.

Non existent customer service

I received an order confirmation 3 weeks ago and have heard nothing since. No tracking number or anything. I sent 4 emails so far (20/5, 21/5, 27/5, 29/5) and still no reply.

I've checked everywhere and still haven't received an email.

Update: Order showed up about a month later, but still never heard from customer service

Same as everyone else, placed an order took my money and 2 weeks later all I have had is 2 vague emails trying to apologies to me for not getting what I ordered.
Please do not use this company as it is a fraud, they string you along with brief correspondences, but nothing, easy money for them
