No tracking or response to emails
Like others - placed an order and haven’t seen anything shipped. Phone lines are down, no responses to the emails sent directly and via their contact form. Have bought from them before with no issues but something has gone wrong clearly. Not expecting my item anymore so will be doing a charge back.
Update: In response to the reply. There is no point, you don’t respond as I’ve sent you multiple emails and via your contact form with no reply.

Avoid until ‘issue’ fixed
Order paid and received email confirmation. Did not receive any shipping information and have not had any of my emails responded to as well as the phone number not connecting. Almost been two weeks but upon reading the other recent reviews I fear it may not come at all. Previously had no issues in the past but I would warn anyone else to steer clear until they sort out this problem.
Update: super sketchy that they’re going around saying that the reviews aren’t verified and that they don’t have orders. Order number was 134886 so y’all know it’s real. They eventually sent me an order (received 14/6 after I had to do more follow up emails and threatening to dispute the charge with my bank) but it was not the correct item but added in some menstrual cups I suppose as a ‘sorry’. I have run out of energy to bother dealing with them anymore though.

Order paid but not received…
Order made on 11th May and not received complete order as of today 22 May. A merchant that has made no email receipt of order, no email response, their contact details of call number is not active. If I did not make the purchase via ZIP pay, I would have no record of the amount paid and items not received. This company has gone ghost which is a concern with their online customer service and contact with no information.
Update -Since Trustpilot review ,Femplay have been in contact via email stating their merchant and shipping issueswith a receipt attachment BUT to date 5 May 2024 no further clarification or confirmation of due date for complete order to be received .I am exploring other options like contacting ZIP pay to determine if this is a reliable merchant to include on their platform .
You have my name and you have my email for direct contact and confirmation -why do you need my name on this review unless you are hoping that the public will be to embarrassed to question your poor service or sounding like a bot. Now its more than just me ,as others shoppers have a choice to go elsewhere.

Refusale to Cancel/refund
After a day and a half no shipping email was received. I sent an email questioning this and requested the order be cancelled and refund given.
No response.
A second email was sent the next day stating I'll go via paypal for a refund, I got an instant answer stating item was sent the day I placed the order and to check my junkmail. As per previous reviews on here, its clearly an issue with them but they refuse to accept blame or responsibility.
I asked for proof of when it was sent and the tracking number, her reply was - I'll get your details from our warehouse.
No further response from them.
Refund lodged with paypal, if proof cannot be supplied as to when the product was shipped, my request for a refund stands.
I dont mind if a business makes a mistake, but what I wont tolerate is being lied to and ignored. Clients are far more acceptable if a business states upfront, "We stuffed up and we'll fix it"
Edit: Responding to the generic response from seller below, I haven't tried calling and you've been using that excuse for months. The only contact I have received is an email saying the item was sent, then silence when asked for proof. They haven't even responded to Paypal and its been escalated today for a full refund.
Edit 2 after seller changed their response: If you're so "Personable" why have you ignored my request for a cancellation/refund, ignored supplying proof of dispatch date and ignored Paypal? An ACCC complaint has been lodged, I suggest others do the same.
Update - 6 months later Femplay are trying to get my review removed. They now claim - Reply from Femplay

Placed an order and never received a tracking number. Parcel never sent sent e-mails and tried calling a busy line signal. Finally received email that warehouse stuffed up, will be fixed promptly. Over a week later still nothing. All emails ignored.

Where has it gone and where are they?
I ordered my product on the 12/4/24 express. I never received a tracking number. I emailed they confirmed it was shipped to my address.. no tracking number. I emailed again. No response. After the 3rd day 19th I got through on there landline number. She explained that they have moved premises and all the phone and computer system has problems. Also all the tracking numbers are scrambled. She seemed generally sorry and was going to follow up with Aus post and send me the tracking number. Many emails many calls no response.
Finally have heard that my parcel is lost. They are sending a new one, I will update my rating once I know more
It is 17/5/2024 and I have finally received a refund and received the product. She tracked it down.
Whatever happened last month with postage she was able work it out. Thank you

Radio silence from customer service
I’ve been a happy customer of theirs for years now with no issues before. Yes there’s been faulty products etc but they’ve always been fast to respond and fix the problem.
But I ordered something over a month ago now, the site said there might be delays - no problem.
Two weeks go by, I receive about half the stuff I ordered so I email them, asking for information about the rest of the order.
They respond asking for clarification on the missing products. I replied confirming what is missing. Then no response.
It’s been another two weeks and I still have not heard any more from them. I tried calling them today a few times but the line goes straight to the busy tone.
It’s been four weeks now, a whole ass month…

the company was relocating when I ordered and did not send all of the order, the order was completed promptly after I chased it up, I also ordered product on the 6/3 and have heard nothing on this order other than that the order has been recieved by them. It was never posted out and once again I had to chase the order up. They blamed AUS Post but could no provide me with a tracking number. This proves they did t send we got the order 2 weeks later, and they were quite food with there email responses

I never received my order, it went to a completely different address in a different state, and have asked for either the products or a refund and haven't received either.
I wont recommend this company to anyone, quite disappointing 😕

Poor quality toys that stopped working
Ordering and delivery was smooth, however the 2 toys I ordered were very poor quality and both stopped working after only 2-3 charges. Cost me $120 so they weren’t cheap.
