I’ve never received my product and had an unpleasant communication with the company. They refused to refund me and offered a voucher. It seems a fraudulent website. I’ll report it to the appropriate authorities.

I ordered the tree stump destroyer for some work in the garden. It seemed to take a while for the product to begin its journey but it has arrived now and is currently in the tree stump. I can't say how good/bad the product is at doing its job as its only been in the tree 1 week so far.

5 weeks after my order I didn't receive my product and no costumer service.

They advertise the Tree Stump Destroyer as a litre bottle. what they send you is a 250ml bottle, then dont answer any of you emails. so much for ther 100% money back guarantee. Its a fraud.

The seller is refusing to accept my withdrawal from our contract, despite their own breach of terms and conditions.
When I asked for a refund, they actually tried to guilt-trip me, saying that ending our business relationship could hurt their employees and their families. It’s honestly bizarre. I have already reported the matter to the ČOI, and if my money isn't refunded, I will have no choice but to pursue legal action.

I don't like becauz I need to wheit 2 week for my comand , and when it come the bag was opening , The bag was opened and glued with adhesive tape, the product looks ok ,

Reasonably priced, fast delivery

Once I finally received the product, it was great! But getting it here (to Sweden) took more than 3 weeks!! The packaging in came in was way below sub standard! It's a miracle it didnt pop open during transit! I had to reach out multiple times for shipping updates, as they didnt come automatically.

Item was stated to be in stock. Express delivery was offered. What actually happened was:
1. Order placed on 2026/03/31.
2. By 2026/04/08, nothing had happened.
3. After two email exchanges which revealed nothing, I told them I would complain to Visa for suppler default and get my money back from them.
4. Two days later the package started moving.
5. From a warehouse origin that was stated to be in GB, the parcel started to move. Finally I thought I might get it soon, since I am also in GB.
6. But no. The parcel was shipped to the Czech Republic, Germany, Netherlands, and then ...... back to GB.
7. It was delivered to me on 2026/04/16, 17 days after I placed my order for this "in-stock" item with "express delivery".
The pre-order process started well. Ferber were responsive to several technical queries, but their delivery processes are so shambolic, it's just not worth the effort, especially when for the first week you wonder if you've been scammed.

A satisfactory transaction; I was happy with the price, the cost and speed of delivery and communications.

Product as described and a good price. Delivery was very slow... from the tracker it was sent from Czech Republic to Netherlands where it sat for nearly a week before delivery to Spain. The 3-5 day expected delivery was nearly 2 weeks.

Awful Company to deal with. Ordered and paid 26th Feb. Nothing received by 26th March. Requested refund - offered credit note. Requested refund about 10 times - finally offered refund 31st March by Senior Manager. Filled in refund form AND no refund. Got confirmation of order "on it's way" - obviously was not and day later was offered a credit note again!!! Mother of God you are the worst company to deal with. You are not by law entitled to hold money that is not yours. I will keep requesting the refund - you have my refund form so should be quite simple. I will review here again once refund is received...................... 8th May no refund, no product received although was told it was “on the way” 3 weeks ago (for the 5th time) this company keep changing who you deal with offer to resend the product or a credit note (which I have never received but asked to use to receive the product ordered in February last) still nothing but lots emails offering product, credit note and refund - although refund offer rescinded after sending in the refund form as requested. The whole process is unethical and unlawful - the company has money I paid for a product I did not receive and 3 months later still refusing to refund.

I purchased an anti-graffiti coating from this company.

The product is advertised as “transparent”, but after normal application it left a visible white film on my facade and wooden door.

Additional issues:

delivery took 1 month instead of the advertised 3 days
customer support is unreachable despite claims of 24/7 service
no technical documentation or removal instructions are provided

The product is currently unusable and has caused visible damage requiring corrective work.

I am still waiting for a proper response from their technical team.

I strongly advise caution before purchasing

I should have checked Trustpilot before ordering.
Only order with Credit card so you can dispute the purchase.
Give notice that you will do so in 2 weeks of sending your email message.
DO NOT ORDER ANY PRODUCTS HERE.. ITS A SCAM.

They will keep you occupied with emails untill kingdom Come.

Just start reclaiming your money asap if They start mailing that they are busy and working on the probleem. They are NOT...

After 2 mouth I don't have received my paid product, they are scammers ,
Ordered in 26.02. today it's 08.04 , so I have lost my money with this scammers

Ordered Glyphosate herbicide but received just water. Product supposedly should work at dilution of 15 ml in 1 l water but even the concentrate does not do anything. SCAM

No phone number, you can contact them only by email. Got reply in 4 days. The order should reach in 3-5 days as is mentioned when you pay it, still didn't reach after 10 days
Do not order from them.

Avoid like the plague! They sent half the order after waiting 4 weeks, quality of items are terrible. Bag came torn with powder all over the box
