Ferber Painting 

I bought tile paint from them, but when it arrived, it was very watery and couldn't be applied to the tiles because it ran off the surface. I contacted the company, sending several photos and videos of the product, but after two months and 34 emails back and forth, they told me they wouldn't refund my money because the department refused to accept my complaint. Don't buy from them; they're the worst company. Check the reviews first. There are many companies with much better customer service. So be careful, if you buy a product and it doesn't work, you'll never get your money back.

I have ordered two months ago. They never shipped my order but just keeps saying that order is being processed. When I requested refund they said that order is in transit on which I have then asked for a tracking code and suddenly order was still being processed. Essentially I don’t have my order nor my money. Customer support is full of fake promises and not solving the issue. Avoid at all costs!!!

Fake company, product arrived with items missing and no instructions (micro cement). The items that did arrive had no labels and looked very amateur. Tried emailing the company and got the runaround, they respond in different languages until you give up. Lots of professional company’s out there, don’t waste your money with these scammers.

This company takes your money and produces a invoice with a tracking number I waited more than 6 weeks for the delivery
then when it did only one third of the delivery came to add to the upset it came 🙈 damaged i did more than 50 emails with no concrete solution trying to get information but always getting 0 resolution
They kept thanking me for my patience well I now have none
They were given so many chances to rectify the problem but did not
I asked for a full refund and they refused to reply fortunately I paid through credit card which I had to apply to get refund
my advice to anyone stay away from this company do not be drawn into their promise of 24/7 customer service or 24hr delivery or 3/7 day delivery
they take your money then treat you disgracefully they say I am a isolated case well I know for a fact this is a lie one of many I may add
my advice to anyone avoid this company like the plague also you should hang your heads in shame 😳 I have asked for senior name to contact to allow me to address this situation will they give me it no I wonder 💭 why

Ik ben bang dat ik er ook ben ingtuind. Normaal gesproken check ik eerst "revieuws", onfortuinlijk dat deze keer niet gedaan. Dat drukt me toch maar weer eens met de neus op de feiten, om dat toch eerst maar eens te doen. 1 Week na de bestelling niets ontvangen, contact gezocht (via Live Chat). Men neemt contact op via mijn mail adres. Maar ik ben bang dat het dus echt niets gaat worden, dus met andere woorden : OPGELICHT. Mensen doe niet zoals ik, CHECK de revieuws !!!!!! Mijn geld ben ik natuurlijk kwijt, verdorie. UPDATE: Toen plotseling na 2 weken toch de bestelling ontvangen. Gelijk uitgeprobeerd (volgens hun 15 ml/l water). Na 3 dagen niets te zien, het onkruid groeit welig door. De koe bij de horens gevat en het spul (ik denk dat het gewoon schoonmaak azijn is, het ruikt nl. zo) PUUR gespoten. Het zal nu wel enig effect gaan hebben, MAAR een kannetje schoonmaak azijn bij de supermarkt is vele malen goedkoper, dan bij dit bedrijf Glyfosaat (vervanger) kopen. Dus mensen wees gewaarschuwd voor FERBER PAINTING.

I'm afraid I've been duped. Normally, I check reviews first, but unfortunately, I didn't this time. This just makes me face the facts again, and I should do that first. A week after ordering, I hadn't received anything. I contacted them (via Live Chat). They contacted me via my email address. But I'm afraid it's not going to work, so in other words: SCAMMED. Don't be like me, CHECK the reviews!!!!!! Of course, I lost my money, damn it. UPDATE: Then, suddenly, after two weeks, I finally received the order. I tried it right away (according to them, 15 ml per liter of water). After three days, nothing, and the weeds were growing wildly. I took the bull by the horns and sprayed the stuff (I think it's just cleaning vinegar, because that's what it smells like) PURELY. It'll probably have some effect now, BUT a can of cleaning vinegar from the supermarket is much cheaper than buying glyphosate (a substitute) from this company. So people, be warned about FERBER PAINTING.

I ordered 2 tins of Stone varnish at a cost of £49.80. The shipping cost was £11.47, total cost £61.27. When it arrived 16 days later, the package was soaked with the varnish. One of the lids had lifted off the tin and leaked some of its contents into the packaging. I did not accept the package and the delivery driver took it back with him

I gave Ferber the opportunity to send a replacement package but after 49 days (7 weeks) I asked for a refund.

I've received various apologies for the inconvenience and my frustration and told the refund will be dealt with shortly but now, day 77 (11 weeks) after I purchased it and 18 e-mails later, I still have not received a refund. This is despite their web-site saying Money-back guarantee

I will never use this company again

Bought Glyphosate substitute 5L.
It doesn't work.
No funktion at all.

I ordered a product but it never got delivered. When I reached out I received a track and trace that didn’t excist.

Ordered a 25kg bag of fertiliser for fruit trees. The order arrived and felt light so I immediately weighed it and showed only 5kg. 67 emails later and I still have the product as Ferber painting are failing to honour any consumer rights after being mis-sold this product by them. They have failed to issue me with a returns label knowing I have followed their complaints and returns process. They are now not responding to any emails sent to them. Shocking behaviour and will never deal with this company again. Be very careful when ordering from these.

I ordered a glue remover at the 15 July 2025 and got it delivered at 30 July 2025. When I got the e mail about my order was coming then the stated price incl GLS was 1940 dollars instead of 48 dollars. I right away mail and asked it they could call me but after hours I was informed that we could only continue at e mail. After a couple of days they mailed me and said that it was a mistake and the price was 48 dollars. These two days were a nightmare for me trying to get contact and also spoke with my bank regarding to reject a payment at 1940 dollars.

No help when choosing product.
Product not packed properly.
Had burst in travel, no safety clips used on the can lids.
No satisfaction regarding a refund.
Continual talk and no action.
Will have to go to court.

It’s a joke! I’ve been waiting two weeks for my order, and they haven’t even sent it. I totally do not recommend them. They don’t want to refund the money or send the package. Beware of them!

Scam company, money for order withdrawn on day one, now 10 days after order still not shipped, and provided tracking number doesn't exist.

I had a terrible experience with the kitchen microcement kit. It is a very low quality product which cracks and chips even when applied professionally. Moreover the varnish is completely disfunctional, it dissolves and becomes sticky as soon and anything remotely damp is put on it - not ideal for a kitchen countertop! The customer service have been evasive and lousy and I have not yet received an explanation from them after making the complaint and chasing it up over 3 months ago! So so disappointed with this product and the company. DO NOT BUY!

scam website, I would of preferred to receive no product than loads of rubbish that I now have to take to a skip

I ordered 5l of weed killer at around EUR 40 and heard nothing after this, until today where they are trying to charge EUR 1.417 from my card (hereof EUR 1.100 in shipment!). Stay far away from this company. It is a SCAM.

I am surprised by the existence of scammers like you who steal from customers without any shame, send us fake goods and do not refund me. For 30 euros, you gave up your dignity and honor and alerted us to the existence of scum like you, whom we must warn others about, expose them on the web and reveal their thefts. You have one chance to send me the amount you stole from me, or you will find me on every page exposing your dirty truth, you scammer.

I order 5 liter of Glyphosate. But received 5 liter of basic vinegar. I read the average Trustpilot review score of 4.5 but I now understand that most European reviews are claiming having been scammed. US reviews seem to be happy, that drives up the average score.
UPDATE 18/4/2026
We are now 10 months later and despite promising to send the correct product, they never did. I reminded them several times. I always received "nice and polite" answers, every time from a different "ghost" person. The replies are obviously auto "ai" generated and the person (ghost) signing off doesn't exist.

Do avoid - they send something to you, but the content is not what you ordered.

Replacement: You sent a replacement which also failed to work
Refund request: Despite your website's satisfaction guarantee, support refused to process my refund and repeatedly delayed resolution
Bank dispute: Due to the defective products and refusal to honor your refund policy, I was forced to file a dispute with my bank

Your support team's unwillingness to resolve this according to your stated policies left me no option but to escalate through my financial institution.

Ordered Paint stripper, received a water solvent smell 5L container coming from Czech republic.
It is not paint stripper does not remove paint in anycase and just seems to be solvent.
Contacted the customer service, who answers by accusing good reception of the complaint and hides being processing it ... (4 weeks: 17 mails, zero progression)
