This company is a scam site
This company is a scam site. Ordered paint, delivery promised within 1 week. 1 month later, still no deliver. each time we ask for an update "we will ask our logistics team to investigate". No evidence or follow up messages received
What a joke. Response received via this site on 24 October 2025, exactly the same response received following request for delivery date during July and August. As at 25 October, the items have still not been delivered, some 5 months after ordering
I repeat, this is a scam site, they have no intention of delivering your order. Ensure you have bank protection for any monies you send them

I ordered a microcement kit and it came in a couple of days via FEDEX. Once I opened it up and check the kit there was no danger labels etc or anything on the items so the alarm bells starting ringing. Opened up the varnish and no smell off it.
I am fortunate that I have not tried to use any of the product and wasted my time but I accept there is no chance of getting money back.
This website has been up for a long time so I don't know how they are getting away with it.
Please Avoid.

This is not a real company, although it appears to be
October2025 update** I see Ferber have replied after sending me final aggressive demands from a dodgy looking Isle of Mann collection agency, I will not be having any further contact with this unscrupulous company, they pretended to send me wood pellets ( as shown on their website) then sending me a box of empty white plastic bags! Then tried to chase me when my bank refunded me as it was a proven scam. Unbelievable
Total scam company of which my review is always taken down by TP. This is a scam company, research carefully before spending any money as you will not receive any goods that you think you are buying

Never again, poor service, poor product
I bought the Microcement Kit for Bathroom and Shower and ended up very, very disappointed. The kit was shipped without any manual, it was not clear what was what in the kit. The description on the website also didn't provide key information. When I contacted the helpdesk, the, by the way very friendly operator, did not have any answers and promissed to send a manual. When I did not receive that and contacted them again, he also started guessing about it and suggested I should should test some things first - say what?!
Although promissed I never received any additional info.
The product itself was very disappointing. Especially the sealer is terrible, even after 4 weeks of drying, the first drop of water turned the layer fluid again.
I spent a lot of time on it, had to close 2 of our B&B bedrooms for weeks and yet had to do it all over again. Never again for me, I actually very much doubt all the positive reviews on their site, I therefor wrote my experience.
Ordered asphalt crack filler
Ordered asphalt crack filler. Material is supposed to be bitumen and rubber based. Ever seen crystal clear bitumen? Me neither. Scam product. I should've read the reviews first. Wasted 60 pound.

I ordered to the value of £133. No product, no refund and no recourse with the bank because I authorised the transaction. Steer clear. They are a scam.
I ordered paint stripper
I ordered paint stripper, this is items 1 and 3 on google sponsored search. Some liquid arrived smelt like dry cleaning fluid, but it was not paint stripper, we exchanged a lot of correspondence and they agreed to replace the liquid – what a complete waste of time and 40EUR, yes they are scammers hiding behind a façade of a company.

This company is a scam, i ordered a fire retardant and i received 1 liter of simple water
Exposing a Scam: How I Was Tricked by Ferber Painting Cockroach Killer
I ordered the Ferber Painting Cockroach Killer, advertised as a bag containing 500 bait stations. The website and product images looked professional, leaving no reason to suspect anything suspicious. A few days later, the package arrived, shipped from Belgium to Spain. The box was well-prepared and didn’t raise any doubts—at first.
However, as I began unwrapping the contents, something seemed off. Instead of bait stations, there was a 1-liter spray bottle filled with an unknown liquid. The label on the bottle matched the product description from the website, claiming it was the item with 500 bait stations. Confused, I thought, What is this? This seems odd.
After emailing customer service and waiting for two days without a response, I decided to test the liquid. I opened the nozzle, and the liquid sprayed out under pressure, releasing a strong, pungent odor—sharp and vinegar-like. Testing it on a surface, I realized it was likely acetic acid or distilled vinegar.
I turned to the internet for further investigation. A search for "Ferber Painting" led me to their Trustpilot page, where I discovered that this was a scam company, allegedly based in Germany.
The company’s LinkedIn page listed only 17 followers and claimed its headquarters was in Newark, Delaware. Initially, their Facebook page appeared professional, with polished branding and posts. However, upon revisiting it more critically, it became clear that this was a professional scam operation using deceptive marketing and fake content to appear legitimate.
Their strategy seemed well-planned, targeting unsuspecting customers with convincing ads and false promises. Unfortunately, this experience serves as a reminder to always dig deeper into unfamiliar companies before making a purchase.

Company sells products but does not deliver
Please be aware of this company!!!
Company sells products but does not deliver. When you contact them via mail or website chat, you get promising words for weeks, but after a few weeks still no products and only false promises.
Do not use this company!!!!
Do not use this company! The paint did not arrive and they did not refund! They kept promising to refund but never did !!
Worst company I've ever come across
Worst company I've ever come across! The product they sold me is nowhere near passing for micro cement. Waited 2 months for it to arrive and had to keep chasing for updates, then it turns out to be the cheapest powder filler-type substance, not microcement!
Not only has it wasted my time and money, it's ruined my substrate for any chance of applying actual microcement! Absolutely awful.
Have been trying to get a refund from them for over a month and I just get taking round in circles with them on email with nothing more than "thank you for your patience". All patience has gone! I've literally been scammed out of my money for a fake product.
Now I'm getting bouncebacks on my emails so can't even get through to them anymore.
This company is an absolute scam!!! What can we do about it?!

Scammers!
Beware, scammers!
As many have already written here, this company is 100% fraudulent. At first, I waited more than three weeks for delivery, and when I received the parcel (a set of microcement for the floor was ordered), I discovered an incomprehensible composition in plastic bags without identification marks or any instructions, the labels on the varnish cans were printed very poorly, and Inside the cans there is a liquid that looks more like glue. In addition, the jars with the supposed primer and fixer were miniature - a maximum of 200 ml, while the labels indicated 5 liters, and there was ordinary technical water inside! Be vigilant and under no circumstances order products from this site!
