Customer service below average.
Impersonal, interest rates too high, inadequate customer service, quite often no one answers the phone when you ring them. On a positive note: transfer of loan funds always in my account within a few hours.

Ferratum were there for me when no other loan company would even consider me for a loan. I made some errors of judgement in a past life and my credit score is not great but this company has saved my skin many times. Sure the repayment amount might seem high but if it's a choice between my family going without and them being happy and I have to work a little harder i will choose the latter. Also fast, in your account within an hour.
